It was very comforting to know exactly what we were signing for and the details since it was our first time to rent in the Uk. Harry Mclean , the agent who was who was helping us made the process so much easy. He went above and beyond what was expected to help us understand exactly what was needed. I had a query today on one my rented properties rented ia Haart. The Property Manager with who we normally work with was not available when I called the office. The call did bounce to another Property Manager - who did not simply pass the message. The individual volounteered to find out how they could help, understood the question, provided a comprehensive response and even answered follow-up questions very politely. Thanks Harry, Josh and the Haart team for providing a great experience in letting my property. I will be moving overseas and had a tight deadline to get someone in, I was originally with a local Kent letting agent and they were unable to let the property with over 1months marketing and notice. I was getting a bit nervous about this and went into Haart and spoke with Harry on a Saturday, by the Monday they took high quality videos/photos of the property, uploaded to Rightmove etc, 2-3 viewing by the Wednesday and contracts signed and deposit taken by the tenants - within a WEEK! They were super helpful and flexible as I was in the states and always provided frequent updates via phone and email - I look forward to them managing my property over the next year or so. You can tell that the team have had exceptional training and experience in letting properties out compared to their counterparts in Kent - super professional and lovely. If you're looking for highly motivated individuals who care about their customers and listen to their needs, this is the place to go. Thanks Harry, Josh and the Haart team!

Excellent service from beginning to end.4 weeks from sale agreed to completion.The property was previously with another agent where service was poor.What a breath of fresh air to come across a agent who put my requirements as priority and listened, advised and was helpful in so many ways.Always with a smile in a voice.Simon was courteous,kind and helpful and his guidance was so appreciated.His professionalism was apparent from early on and nothing was to much trouble. Andreas was very helpful from the offset on the phone and managed to fit us in that evening to view the property we enquired about. He made me and my husband feel very at ease whilst looking round a property haart have on the market. He was very welcoming showing us around and then let us have our own look around to really get a feel for the house. He also interacted with our 3 month old son which was a lovely touch.

How helpful can an estate agent be, I believe no more than what Haarts have been. You would be forgiven for thinking with all the names that appear throughout these reviews that the have a massive team in this Haart office, however they dont! its just how frequently the staff turn over. Trainee after trainee each one as clueless as the next which makes buying through them a bit of an ordeal! Calls not being returned which means viewing doesnt get booked. I then visited the house and knocked on the door when the house owner showed me around. I then made an offer. 2 weeks, no response to my offer in writing and in a call. I visit the homeowner again and tell them, they accept my offer. They didnt even know i had offered. I complained in writing and no one come back to me. I now have complaint with TPO. Really bad. when you visit the branch, no one is ever there, just lettings who say someone from sales will call you back but they never ever do. Until i exchanged i made 28 calls to them over a 9 months period. i got through to someone once and of the other 27 guess how many call backs i got? ZERO! FROM 27!
