I have recently had the pleasure in dealing Harry McLean at Haart Ashford. I probably asked way too many questions, had a number of technical issues of my own doing and Harry was always available to help and answer my questions. Customer service on point! The whole team there are and have been very good, from the appointment for viewing being set up, Taylor coming out in ice and snow to show me around and Harry’s tolerance of my never ending questions and requests. I highly recommend Andreas Leven , he is very helpful, kind and has a friendly nature. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my quires were fully detailed. Went the extra mile to ensure me and my mum were fully looked after, and provided a high quality tour throughout the viewings. I had a wonderul yet long journey with Haart Ashfrod brach to secure a property, which at a point I had no hope of completion because of tenancy contract and searches taking longer than thought. However, the journey was made smooth and successful with help of few individuals who worked relentlessly to complete it. It was Friday afternoon and we noticed that we had a leak in the downstairs bathroom that was coming from the ceiling. The water was dripping through the light fitting and panic ensued. I contacted the maintenance team at Haart and spoke to Siyamilan Navaratnam. I did not realise I was talking to a knight in shining armour, Siyamilan helped me to find the water shut-off valve and escalated the issue very quickly. The care taken and ability to understand my panicked state was a breathe of fresh air, thank you Siyamilan and thank you to the team at Haart.

We began our plans to relocate 55 miles from where we called home for 12 years approximately 3 years ago. Harrts helped us along our way. Thank you Mia and team at Haart sales for supporting me on our house sale. I would highly recommend Mia to anyone looking to sell in the Ashford area. I sold our UK property whilst being based abroad and from the very first call with Mia, I found her clear and confident about what we were going to do and how much we were going to get for the house which was at the top end of my range. All previous agents I had spoken to told me I’d get the lower end of my range. My house sale closed today and I got pretty much bang on what Mia said I would on our very first call. It was a somewhat tough situation with us renting out the property and having to manage unaccommodating tenants which Mia did professionally. Mia’s knowledge of the market was reassuring and her confidence in knowing what we were going to get and how we were going to do it, instilled a level of confidence and put my mind at ease. Mia was always available to discuss approaches to marketing the property and guiding me when we received offers right through to guiding on what I should be doing once offer was accepted including type of solicitor to find and keeping me informed on when bank and buyer surveys would be happening at the house.
