Very poor experience. We asked to view a property and were given the first appointment available. The day before the viewing we got an email saying the property was let yet we were apparently first in line. The company now refuses to contact us or to view any other property they advertise. Extremely unprofessional and the last thing you want in an estate agent. avoid!

GoogleI am currently in the process of purchasing a property through bridges and I can't fault them. Ben Baldry has helped me through every step of the way, he is very easy to talk to and keeps me updated with everything going on. He goes above and beyond and its never an issue to call him for anything we may need. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Bridges have been great throughout this process but special thanks and praise must be given to Hayley Levy who has gone above and beyond to ensure the sale has gone through and kept us fully informed at every step while sorting numerous problems that occurred. The rest of the team at Bridges have been equally diligent and professional. Ben has helped every step of the way and shown great professionalism in the way he communicates and goes out of his way to help. I would highly recommend Bridges as they have fantastic throughout.

We've been shown round a few properties in the Ash area by Ben from Bridges Estate agents. He took the time to really understand our requirements and has provided a highly professional and efficient service. Unfortunately one of the properties we were close to making an offer on was sold before we had a chance to do a final viewing but we feel confident that we are not far off finding our new home!

After having inspected a property for one of their purchasers I advised the client to revise their offer in light of the surveyors report and my own observations. The agent was insistent that the purchaser was unable to withdraw from the sale at such a late stage. despite not having exchanged contracts. This advice was obviously not correct as I explained to my clients. Honesty in any business is paramount and I Nothing more than a jumped up car sales man.

GoogleI cannot recommend Bridges, and in particular, Ben Granville, highly enough. After finding a buyer for our home, everything was expertly handled and communicated - from the initial viewings, offer negotiations and then right through to a rather messy exchange (which was due to problems elsewhere in the chain). He was always available on the phone and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the process stayed on track and that we were always aware of developments. Great job - thank you.

GoogleBen at Bridges was great throughout the process of buying a house. He is incredibly conscientious and is literally always at the other end of the phone should you need help with anything. Everyone at Bridges were incredibly responsive and helpful, as well as friendly. They definitely made the stressful (but ultimately great of course) process of buying a house infinitely more seamless and easy and they were really helpful when problems arose. GoogleBridges provided excellent service, both when I was letting my property in Surrey and when I decided to sell it. I valued this particularly, because I was unable to come to the area in person and relied entirely on Bridges staff, who were all unfailingly helpful and considerate in difficult circumstances. Ben Granville's supervision of the sale of my property was especially impressive. GoogleAfter a rough start to our house buying journey, and having built a healthy scepticism for estate agents, Cameron flipped the tables. He was honest, personable and had obviously done his homework on the property he was selling. During the sales process, Bridges didn’t stop impressing. Ben actively project managed everything to get us in to the house in break speed time (just under 7 weeks!). Communication was excellent and he was proactive in chasing all parties to make sure deadlines were met. I’m now writing this review, having spent the first night in our new house. 5 stars for both Ben and Cameron are very well deserved. If you want the best chance of a speedy and smooth buying experience- these are your guys.

Justin arrived on time, he was friendly and professional. Any of my questions he answered, anything he wasn't sure about he found out and called me back very quickly. I didn't feel rushed when viewing the property, which hopefully will be my new home.
