The suggested solicitors are also great, once you get through to the solicitor part of the transaction. I used Bridges 17 years ago, and they still give a great service.

A shocking experience of customer service from a member of staff at Aldershot branch. Not all deals pull through, however, you don't speak aggressively to a customer and warn of not being able to purchase a property via Bridges in the area. Worst customer service experience ever.PS Reply: Day 2/3 of starting a process can’t be late stage, can it? Please get your justifications correct.. thanks

GoogleBen Baldry (young Ben) was great during our sale and buying process. Excellent communication when booking viewings. Did a great job with our house pictures and made ammendments promptly when asked. We unfortunately had a complicated process post sale with time wasters and buyers with issues selling their own places but Hayley (sales progresser) was great throughout. She clearly works tirelessly to ensure exchanges go through but sometimes things are out of everyone's control.

GoogleWho in their right mind moves aged 91? My mother! Without the love, yes love, and support from Ben, Hayley and Steve from the Ash Vale office I’m not sure she would have survived. Steve, her newly adopted grandson, protected her during the viewings, giving her positive feedback and keeping everything very light hearted. Ben, well, no one could have done more to secure mum a sale, following up every viewing and starting afresh when we dropped the price. Hayley, the listener and problem solver. Down to earth and got the job done! The team are like a family and treated mum as a precious family member….I live 200 miles away and was fully involved in the sale, but it was so reassuring to know mum was being supported by this great team.

My journey started with Connie who was very helpful showing me and my partner many different properties and sending me links to different homes without her I would not have found the home we bought. Once we had our offer accepted the fun was over and the stress of managing solicitors started. I believe with every fibre of my being that neither the seller or I would have got through this process without Daniels help. GoogleWe've now bought two and sold two houses through Bridges. It was an easy decision to list the latest house for sale with them as they were brilliant with the first. This time around Ben G was brilliant, taking the time to understand our house and our situation, and he gave all the right advice that meant that our house went under offer within a couple of weeks (in a difficult market in Spring 2023). Once under offer, the process was managed by Hayley, who not only has been a joy to work with, she has also been super determined (using some creative thinking to get through to the right people and move the sale along), and fantastic at keeping me up to date at each stage. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bridges again and again.

Ben's local knowledge, enthusiasm, and assurance he had potential buyers in mind convinced us to give them a try. In just one week, we had five viewings and received two offers (March 23), ultimately leading to a successful contract exchange (May 23) with outstanding Buyers. I can't be sure but it feels like they're advertising homes that are not for sale purely to gather the data of more potential buyers (Aldershot branch). A house went up for sale on Zoopla on 10th August 2023 (I checked this on the advert history). I called on the 11th August to book a viewing. Went through the process of updating all my registration details, was told Tuesday 15th August would be good, great. They said they would confirm with sellers and send me confirmation email. Today (Monday 14th) no email yet so I emailed them to check all was going ahead and shortly received a viewing confirmation email (10.05am). At 10.16am they called me to say the sellers are reviewing offers so not doing further viewings. So it took 2 business days for you to advertise a property and it get offers? I doubt it in this market. If it had offers before today, why didn't you call me beforehand or tell me there were already offers before taking my details? Why are you still advertising it as available? What a waste of buyers time. Unsubscribed and will avoid homes advertised by Bridges in the future as I just don't trust they are really for sale at all!

GoogleSo the difference between Bridges and other estate agents. Other estate agents put houses up for sale... Bridges sell them!! Professional consistent communication. House sold in 24hrs. Once again many thanks to Ben from Bridges Ash nothing was ever to much trouble.
