GoogleBridges were great all round in identifying the right house for us in the area when we were looking and then were extremely good at following up and keeping the whole process moving through to completion. Kevin and Ben were our two main points of contact and both did a great job in their respective areas. (Shame the agent we sold through wasn't as motivated and helpful as they were...)

GoogleA great estate agent made exceptional with Hayley as a Sales Progressor, there to see the process through to the end. I cannot express how fantastic it was dealing with her and knowing that she was talking to the right people to get the job done. She went over and above and I would use Bridges again, predominantly to have her as my sales progressor!

"They"ll be p*s**d off with that" was the response to the cash offer I made on behalf of my recently widowed mum. This was after "you're late!" when I viewed a second house directly after viewing the house mum bought. Had to prove funds existed before I could make an offer. Attitude totally changed from not being interested in giving me the time of day. Found Bridges to be unprofessional from the outset. You do not speak to a potential buyer as they did to me. Mum sadly passed away 16 December.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Made an appointment to view a property. After waiting, and then eventually calling the estate agents, they put me on hold for the manager, who made the appointment, that this had not been booked. He then, rather then apologise, informed me it was my fault for not having a confirmation email, because obviously him telling it was booked wasn't enough. IAfter, being told by multiple people that bridges were, simply terrible, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. This was the wrong choice.

GoogleDavid Stevens and his colleagues at Bridges were excellent at helping us through the sale of our property which we had lived in for 40 years. We had plenty of viewings from day one and had a buyer within the first week. There was always someone on hand to answer any queries we had. We would thoroughly recommend Bridges to anyone thinking of selling their house.

GoogleAs a couple in the process of buying our first property we have dealt with quite a few estate agents at this stage. I have to say by far Ben and Bridges estate agents has provided us with the best experience to date. We felt Ben understood our property search and identified suitable properties for us. He is professional with a relaxed approached which worked really well for us.
