GoogleWow - Hayley, Dan, and Ben at Bridges were immense help to us. From start till finish the team were extremely supportive, were available to answer questions in a timely manner, and were so friendly and fun to work with. Any hurdles we came across were quickly dealt with by the team, and we were kept in the loop at all times. They really did bring some comfort and fun to such a stressful process. Bridges are probably the most organised and transparent estate agents we’ve ever used, looking forward to using them again in the future. Thank YOU!

GoogleWow! Estate agents used to be a pain and everyone understood that, but at least they had a thin veneer of professionalism and respectability. Just had an odd sales call from ‘Ben in the village’ phoning me up like we were old mates. I used Bridges to sell a flat 5 years ago, Ben thought I’d bought it 5 years ago - mistaken identity maybe, but at least read your own CRM properly! Then proceeded to call me ‘my man’ for the next two or three minutes, like we old friends down the pub until I called him out on his sales patter. Interestingly, I might have a property to sell but I think I’ll look somewhere a little less ‘chummy’ and a little more professional. Courtesy goes a long way chaps.

GoogleI cannot put into words how amazing Steve, Hayley and the Bridges team have been in supporting us through the purchase process. It has been a long and complicated road but at every step they have been incredibly kind and gone above and beyond to communicate with to make it go as smoothly as possible. We are now enjoying our new home and it is undoubtedly thanks to them that we are here. I cannot recommend Bridges enough.

GoogleBen Granville and the team were great. I initially struggled to sell my property during the first lock downs in the pandemic so decided to hold off. Ben kept in touch regularly and when I was ready to re-market the property, he was very proactive. He has a friendly, down to earth approach and everyone I spoke to at Bridges were always helpful.

GoogleI have always sold my properties through Ash Vale Bridges and have also bought a fair few through the branch. Quite simply they are the best, whether it be their marketing, listening, professionalism or communication. Dominic always strives to give a great service and keeps in touch. Jayne does a great job liasing and progress chasing. The other members of staff will always try and help, never pass the buck and will always make sure someone returns your call. Well done to Dominic and his team !

GoogleMy partner and myself have just bought a property through Bridges. The viewing went really well and the process of agreeing the sale price was professionally handled. The biggest praise though has to be reserved for Hayley. She was outstanding, brilliant. The chain we had to deal with was a complicated nightmare, but Hayley never gave up. She showed up all the other estate agents in the chain. Without her the exchange and completion date would have been months after the dates we finally got. Can't praise her enough.

GoogleSteve Hubbard and Ben Baldry at Bridges have been wonderful from start to finish. My sale/purchase journey has been very long and drawn out. They have both given me lots of their time, listened carefully and empathetically to my situation, kept in regular contact to find out how things are progressing, given helpful suggestions about how to sell my property, shown me around A LOT of properties always respectfully and with professionalism. Although I have neither sold nor bought through Bridges this time, I will most certainly be using them in the future when the time comes as I feel that the service they provided to me really stands out compared with other agents that I’ve had dealings with. Thank you both for all your time and effort!

Rude and Poor customer Service! Call from estate agent to cancel viewing which was understandable given the property sprung a leak. Following a request to inquire about late a viewing such that I may attend after work I was advised in a rude and hurried tone that a genuine customer would make time to attend. Agent was keen to hang up despite my attempting to inquire about latest viewings that would be possible to accommodate.

Update - We are 17 weeks in to our 20 week contract and have given notice of termination of contract. The negative points are:After signing the contract they almost imediately said we had to reduce the price (the price was their valuation) without the benefit of any feedback from viewings.They said the price of our property was based on the square footage (and that felt like our Grade 2 listed cottage was being compared to a warehouse) with no other added value considered?They didn't seem to know anything about Grade 2 listed buildings and types of thatched roof - we felt we had to train them.We had to update the photographs using our own camera and tripod. We asked them to do it but they kept making excuses. We asked them to remove the old outside photos but they only removed some of them. They just didn't seem to understand the difference between a garden in winter and in full bloom in spring.We did not receive a copy of the brouchure after numerous times of asking - we still haven't got one.We tried to give them a key - they said "what's this for? Can't you hide it in the garden?" It is certainly not a platinum service, they only do something when you make a fuss (like post a one star Trust Pilot review).Currently 26% of their TrustPilot reviews are 1 star.
