GoogleThe ‘John Lewis’ of Estate Agents🍾 5 Star service from start to finish. Not only did Bridges sell my property within 24 hours, they did it twice and during Covid-19! Firstly we sold within 12 hours but after my buyer pulled out, they quickly put my property live again and had viewings lined up within hours, and sold it again by the next day. Their marketing of my property was spot on and their communication is brilliant. I’d like to make a special thank you to Nikki Best, Rob Stocchetti, Ben Granville & Dom Barnes. Nikki valued my property and knew exactly the right price to get the interest but most importantly, the right offers. Rob did the viewings on my place and every viewing he did turned into an offer! Rob called and emailed me so i knew exactly when someone was entering my home. 8 weeks into my sale, Covid-19 hit, just weeks from exchanging, this caused me huge anxiety and left me with loads of questions, This is when Ben stepped in, took responsibility and made things happen! Ben took over just at the point where things were getting tough, no one in the chain was agreeing and it got stressful BUT he was always a phone call or email away and he liaised with all parties and got us to an agreement and that important completion date! 🍾 Although this was a very stressful time for me, it was only because of my own worry, I got through all this because of the guys at Bridges. Im really glad that i put my trust in them to sell my property, it was the best decision i could have made and if i decide to move again (hopefully not anytime soon) these are the people i want handling my biggest asset! GoogleMyself and my partner have just purchased our first home through Bridges and I could not be happier with the experience and service we have received. We were delighted when a sale was agreed but then had a call from a very apologetic Ben, to tell us that another local agent had backhandedly and disrespectfully done a viewing after our sale was agreed and had presented an offer to the vendor. With thanks to Ben and his genuine dedication to us as his clients we were thankfully chosen by the vendor and after just 4 WEEKS we have just exchanged, we cannot thank Ben and Ruth enough for all of their hard work to make this happen for us.

Hands down the worst Agency I've dealt with and I have been renting for year's. From the first offer falling through, to putting an offer on another rental property and waiting for day's with no communication/update and having to constantly chase. To trying to arrange a second viewing of the property before moving in, but being ignored...to then moving in to find out the Landlord had removed the built in wardrobes, which meant having to fork out extra money. Would've been nice to have been told beforehand! To not being told that we'd need access to a key for the carpark barrier so the removal van could enter the carpark to unload our furniture etc.(luckily a neighbour helped us out) We've also only received one fob to enter the building, when there's 2 of us. So inconvenient. A week later, still waiting for another fob, no update as to how long this will take. And the worst part of all- being told by the Landlord (by chance) that he will be selling the property within the next 6-12 months and that Bridges Hook knew this from the start. They conveniently withheld this information from us throughout the whole process, offering a 12 month minimum long-term let...knowing full well that wouldn't be the case. I emailed them 2 day's ago as I want an explanation...haven't had a response! Communication is terrible and has been throughout. I'm shocked that such important information was withheld knowing full well we were looking for a long-term let. They are dishonest.

GoogleI recently sold my property thanks to Dan and Hayley at Bridges, Ash Vale. They were very professional, knowledgeable and proactive. With a personal touch. That kept my buyer onside. Until contracts were finally exchanged, yesterday. I liked the regular updates. And the expertise, and sympathetic understanding given when things weren’t quite going to plan.

GoogleVery pleased with the service received from Ben and the wider team (in particular Kevin and Anja). Ben has been really helpful, regularly keeping in touch during our house sale and always keeping us up to date unlike our vendors' estate agents who were the complete opposite. Never needed to chase and both Ben and Kevin were great at chasing the whole chain for updates and during our 5 days long exchange of contracts! Would highly recommend the team.

Bridges Aldershot I offered for one of the properties and increased by offer on 15th Oct and called the property manager at Aldershot branch 3 times on 16th Oct afternoon, called reception and left message for Agent managing the property to call me back ASAP to confirm that I accept the owner's counter offer. But they didn't respond and then later they received another offer and things didn't workout for me. I was in a shock as I called to confirm my acceptance even before the other offer was received, I missed the property due to agents negligence and timely communication. And agent was annoyed and started talking aggressively.

GoogleBen Granville has been a complete pleasure to deal whilst going through what started to be an arduous process to sell my property. My initial appointment of an Estate Agent was not with Bridges Estate Agent, but that did not deter Ben providing some excellent advice on the process and every week followed up with a call to ask how the sale of my property was going. Upon being able to work outside the initial sole agreement (not Bridges Estate Agents), Ben was able to confirm three viewings within the first 24 hours. The images of the property were much better than those taken by one of the competitors. Ben’s tenacity continued to shine through one contracted to work Bridges, dropping me update calls on a very regular basis. Ben is personable and is an enthusiastic individual and this is evident in his approach to his work and clients. I am now at offer stage on the property which happened within one week of going live with Bridges. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben in going forward.
