After finding the ideal house online, I contacted Bridges for a viewing and Valuation of my property. Ben Granville from the Ash Vale branch showed us around and valued our house. We purchased our property recently through Bridges. Our agent Stephen was great from start to finish. Unfortunately I had covid when my husband went to view the house and he arranged for us to view it again when I was "free". There were a few issues regarding land but Stephen was contactable and liaised between us and the vendor to ensure everything happened as quickly as possible for us. He listened to my worries (almost daily) and genuinely helped move our purchase forward. Both Stephen and Cara have been amazing throughout us selling our home! Having been on the market with another agent for 5 months and having no luck we decided to try Bridges and never looked back!
