In the first instance, Ben Baldry helped me with the sale of my parents property and after several viewings he managed to secure a buyer. He was always cheerful and ready to help and advise at all times From there, Hayley took hold of the reins and literally raced us to the finish line! Her kindness, efficiency and sense of humour was second to none. She's the friend you would always want on your side and thank goodness she was on mine. I can't recommend Bridges highly enough. They made a very difficult situation of selling a loved ones house, so much easier. They were responsive, quick to action and in constant communication (but not too much). From the initial discussions with Alfie Borszcz right through to the viewings, offers and legals with Katherine Ellis, they have been truly brilliant. I was dreading this process but Alfie and in particular Kathy made it so smooth.I can't actually believe we are at the end of the journey with the house sold and completed in 3 months. Bridges Estate Agents Lettings have made my property search journey stress free, I was very impressed with the level of service from the whole team. From starting with an awful experience with other local agents, Bridges soon turned my experience into a positive one. Due to having quite a wide search area, Sean and the Aldershot team, Mitch and the Camberley team and Dean and the Farnborough team listened to our needs and were very quick and knowledgeable to tell us of any new instructions coming to the market. This was so helpful as we did have a deadline to met.A special thank you to Callum, who helped us find a property that suited all our needs and as you can imagine we had many questions, but Callum was always very efficient in answering them. Also a massive thank you to Hannah Kirby and Claire Ing who took over after my offer was accepted, I honestly could not have done it without them. Unfortunately I had covid when my husband went to view the house and he arranged for us to view it again when I was "free". There were a few issues regarding land but Stephen was contactable and liaised between us and the vendor to ensure everything happened as quickly as possible for us. He listened to my worries (almost daily) and genuinely helped move our purchase forward. If you are looking to sell your Home or buy then contact Stephen as he had so much time for us and understood what we wanted.

Tried to rent properties through bridges and had nothing but cancellations on viewings.. That wouldn't be such a bad thing if they didn't call you 5 minutes before the viewing when you'd already travelled to view the place. EDIT 2 - The reply suggests the problem is that 'properties are rented very quickly' and this is painfully disingenuous - the real issue and reason for my review was the ABYSMAL level of communication provided on my initial experiences - regardless of how quickly the property was rented out, it is your duty to inform those coming to view the property in a timely manner if things change. and the company failed miserably. After the apology provided over the phone I did amend to 2 stars, but the dishonesty of the reply here leads me to downgrade back to - you listened, and then ignored me - it's clear you would rather blame the 'hotness' of the market than your own companies incompetence at communication for my poor experience.

If you are selling your home in Hook you HAVE to go with Bridges! They sold our flat on first viewing - they are worth every penny! Kevin came out a couple of times to talk us through the process then took fabulous photos of our flat! He was so nice & made the early process a breeze. We were so excited to get our first viewing & even more shocked when they sold our flat full asking price on the first viewing!! Kathy then took us on at Bridges to get us through the sale process & she has been fabulous! Nicest lady & incredibly helpful getting our exchange over the line. We chose Bridges to act for the sale as they are the big agency in the area with potential buyers on their books and importantly had a track record. Ben led the sale and was excellent - responsive, easy communication, no fluster, knew the market intimately and always knew where we were in the process and what was going on. You find out what a business is like when things go awry, which they did when the first buyer tried to negotiate the price down some weeks into the sales process. Ben was on it straight away and by the following day we had a sale agreed with another buyer. This ran the course to completion.
