GoogleWe got off to a bit of a rocky start (no fault through Bridges) we were unfortunate to come across a few times wasters when we first put our house to market. On the back of that, Bridges were very very efficient to get more viewings booked in and we sold it again and again very quickly! 'Young' Ben has been a great point of contact for us and helped us find our dream house within our desired area nearby. Thank you everyone at Ash Vale Bridges :)

In particular, Stephen Hubbard who took us to most of our initial viewings. Always on time and immaculately dressed , and full of useful information about the houses. Thank you for answering all our novice questions and being so approachable, always openly providing the information we asked for. Also thank you to Hayley Levy for getting us through the tedious paperwork and final stages of the process. Always super cheerful on the phone, and full of information and answers to our silly questions. Thank you for responding to emails almost immediately and getting those same quick responses from other parties. There were never any delays on Bridges' side. Thanks to Ben Baldry who suggested to us to see the house before the pictures had even been released. You obviously checked our requirements and were spot-on about what we needed. Much appreciated!! Also thanks for the tip on which solicitor to use. They were also excellent. The process could not have been smoother. Thank you all :-)

GoogleBen Baldry has been helping me to find the perfect property throughout the last few months and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Ben is very understanding, patient and approachable and definitely goes above and beyond within his job role by recommending viewings on various properties that matched my criteria as well as being very flexible. As well as this, he was extremely mindful of my specific preferences, likes and dislikes in a property. Ben is most definitely a huge credit to Ash Vale Bridges and I would reach out to him for any future property needs!

I have recently sold and purchased through Bridges and even though the market has been incredibly slow they worked hard to get people through our door. The staff in the IT Hub are all excellent on the phone, I felt like I knew them all by the time we sold!! Special thanks to Carly in the Hub. Sally the Sales Progressor worked hard for us, even though she moved within the company before the sale completed, I wish her good luck and thank you for all your hard work. In the last few weeks Dominic from Ash Vale was fantastic, calm, professional and relentless in seeing the sale through. Bridges Aldershot provided a really outstanding service when we sought to rent a property recently. GoogleBen and the wonderful team at Bridges in Ash Vale have been instrumental in securing the sale of my property in Ash Vale, a journey that took 9 months in tough market conditions. Bridges found 3 qualified buyers in this time, with 2 abandoned sales (through no fault of Bridges') before the 3rd sale proceeded to completion. During this time Bridges arranged over 60 viewings and provided feedback on each. They are all such a friendly and professional team, but a special mention has to go to Hayley! Hayley tirelessly liaises with the Solicitors, Buyers & Brokers from offer through to completion to ensure no unnecessary delays or breakdowns in communication between the parties. Ben and the team are definitely 5* (if only there was a 6th star!).

Ben Baldry at the Ash Vale branch was great - we were very impressed with his professionalism, attentiveness, and how engaged he was to help us find the right property. Although we didn't end up buying a house in this area, I couldn't recommend Ben and Bridges enough.

We changed to Bridges Ash Vale after a poor experience. Dan, Ben and their team worked tirelessly sending viewers to the property just as the market went downhill which made their job a lot harder. Eventually we sold and have now moved. I would recommend this branch as they gave a good service, were professional and very helpful with the whole process.

We appreciated the personable yet professional and intuitive approach from Ben Granville as he worked with us throughout the valuation and early marketing stages. He offered good, sound advice and never once pressurised us. We felt we really benefitted from his experience. Hayley Levy was absolutely amazing in pushing through the exchange and we can't thank her enough for all the work she did to make this happen in a timely manner despite problems in the chain. She took control of the situation, her communication was excellent throughout and the support she gave us was exceptional and way beyond our expectations. We also really appreciate the support from Dan, Connie and Ben when our completion was delayed by issues in the banking system. They made a very stressful time much more manageable. All in all, a really great team and we would not hesitate to use Bridges again or recommend them.

We have recently sold our house and bought another through Bridges Fleet and cannot thank them enough. The process hasn’t been the easiest, having lost buyers & then difficulties with our buyers solicitors however Bridges have been fantastic. Rob in particular has gone above and beyond, keeping us updated even when it may have not been news we wanted to hear, to ensure we were fully aware of everything that was going on. When Rob was on leave for a couple of weeks Olly was equally as brilliant and responsive to all our questions. They have been constant in putting pressure on the buyers solicitors to move things forward when they were delaying it & we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Due to some of the difficulties we may not have always been the easiest clients, slightly stressed & with incessant questions, but they’ve never made us feel anything other than valued. I’m not sure we’re keen to move again anytime soon, but if we did we wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have made a stressful process as smooth as they possibly could & we’re so glad to have had them on our side. Thank you so much to all the Bridges team at Fleet, but especially Rob & Olly.

GoogleI would highly recommend Bridges! From the start their drive to sell our house was amazing. Their communication was great and all with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Friendly, reliable and when our buyer pulled out they were there immediately with support and advice. Ben and Hayley were outstanding as well as the team who worked hard in the background. Super happy we chose them and completed today after only 5 weeks from offer acceptance. Thanks again guys :-)
