GoogleJust exchanged today with the seller. We actually wouldn’t have viewed this property until Ben called us to say it fits our needs. We went and absolutely fell in love with it, fantastic recommendation by Ben. The sale progression by Hayley was amazing. Was on the ball constantly and chased where she needed to, throughout I enjoyed our phone calls and many laughs. Absolutely fantastic estate agents all round and couldn’t recommend it enough.

TrustpilotHuge disappointment, big waste of time..
So me and my husband called Bridges to try and arrange a viewing, my husband spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to go through the registration process. The lady said we could go for the viewing also gave us date and time, then she said we would need to wait for a confirmation email. We never received any email. We eventually called the office the following day only to hear them say that we couldn't see the house since our house that is on the market is not under offer. They clearly consider showing a property to someone who's not in the position to buy "tomorrow" like a waste of time. My husband said "they lost a potential buyer cause if I am searching for a house and I see one I really fall in love with they cannot know if I can manage to find a way to buy it". Honestly this kind of service is not helping buyers or sellers. Maybe is just helping them to get less work to do. Such a shame.

GoogleBuying a house is notoriously stressful, for us a lot of that stress was finding the "right one" it took a long time! Ben was great, he was personable & didn't judge the never ending questions we had. He kept in touch after the first house viewing (which wasn't for us) and recommended the house we finally chose... A house we never would have looked at without a nudge! Hayley has then been delightful to speak with guiding the sale, again we had a lot of questions & she was always happy to help!

ASK FOR YOUR CLEANING RECEIPT WHEN YOU LEAVE. They tried to fleece me £288 for cleaning, taking it out of my deposit. When I pushed them for a receipt, they got back to me later after a lot of nudges with the actual receipt being £150. They were a nightmare to deal with throughout and the person I dealt with was very rude and arrogant. Don't use.

Combined with limited flexibility in our own schedules, it created a highly stressful situation, yet Bridges managed everything with exceptional professionalism and composure. The team delivered outstanding results from the very beginning. Our property was sold before it even reached the open market, and the sale was agreed in under three days. Despite the complications that arose later in the chain, the entire process from offer to completion was finalised in less than 12 weeks, which is an incredible achievement given the circumstances. GoogleAwful experience buying our first property through Bridges in Ash. Unfortunately, as first-time buyers, we had no choice but to use them. I had expected estate agents to be a bit pushy, but I did not expect to be shouted at over the phone! It was incredibly unprofessional and left a really sour taste during what should have been an exciting time. I submitted a formal complaint to their HR team advertised on their website and chased it four times over eight weeks. I only received a response after CC’ing the area manager. The explanation I was given was that my emails had “gone to junk,” which felt like a very weak excuse. When my complaint was finally addressed, I was told the individual was “sorry” and “didn’t mean for it to come across that way.”.. She knew what she was doing (trying to intimidate us). On the first day in our new home, we met our next door neighbour- who happened to be selling through Bridges - and the very first thing she asked was, “How’s your experience been with Bridges?” She then told us she’d had almost the exact same experience with the same individual.. and wouldn’t be using them again. It was oddly validating after being completely disregarded for weeks! When we eventually sell, we will be avoiding Bridges at all costs, and we strongly urge others to consider alternative agents as well.

They were absolutely amazing, always able to contact easily, and always keeping us updated. Without their hard work I think the process would have taken a few more months!!!
