My experience with Bridges has been brilliant, and Simon Kerry especially. I have moved several times and my experience with estate agents has not been great, but Simon has restored my faith. He couldn’t do enough for us and definitely went above and beyond. He called back promptly every time I called and he wasn’t available. He went out of his way to answer any queries I had and was quite simply a Star!. I would thoroughly recommend Bridges, their professionalism and dedication and experienced staff made what is usually a very stressful experience much less so.

Jasmine at Bridges Camberley branch put us all at ease during our recent property viewing. She was relaxed, welcoming and put our needs before her own taking the time to explain everything so clearly about the property. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions with a good level of detail. She gave a very rounded, helpful viewing and explained the position of the vendors in order to achieve a good outcome for them. This in turn lead to an accepted offer on the home. Well, what can I say, if you want your house sold in Ash, then Bridges are the agent to do this, particularly where others couldnt. From Dan and team setting up the viewings to Ben Baldry [who is a star] accompanying the viewings to our house, we were off the market sold STC just when we needed it to be. From offer acceptance to exchange/completion within 2 months and the superb management and communication from Hayley who handled the sale we cannot thank the Ash Vale Brides team enough. Wow - Hayley, Dan, and Ben at Bridges Ash Vale were immense help to us. I have been working alongside different estate agents as I am looking for a property to buy.The service here is just amazing. I met Maia who was very efficient at showing me around the property no pressure was applied as soon as she knew I was looking for something else. Instead she asked what exactly I was after then proceeded to send me details of the exact homes that I would like to purchase.I spoke to Ben by phone and again the service stands out as being one of if not the best I have come across.I feel valued even although I am aware that they have many clients to look after but it does not feel that way.I highly recommend using this company as they obviously know how to recruit GOOD people!

An absolute pleasure dealing with Bridges throughout my sale. I previously brought my house in 2020 dealing with Ben Granville and even through covid it ran smoothly so it was a no brainer he was the first person I went to for the sale! These guys were fabulous through the viewing stages I never had a week on the marketing side on things where no viewings took place. Feedback was always given which is so important to clients. Hayley Levy has been a pleasure to deal with in sales progression also with regular updates and communication. Working within the property industry myself I know how important communication is and these guys nailed it. In the past ive had some really dubious experiences with estate agents. Not this time. Bridges have been fantastic. I can quantify why; i had three estate agents market this property, and from the start Bridges had far more viewings than the others combined. It was a consistent stream. Ben Granville, the manager, was really hands on throughout, offering advice that really showed his experience and understanding of the market. Once we found our buyer, Ben went on to recommend a solicitor. I’ll be honest, at the time it felt like a heavy sell and i was reticent about choosing them. In fact he was absolutely right and the firm he recommended did a good job with a high standard of communication throughout, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The result was that despite the length of chain, we went from offer to Exchange in about 8 weeks. That takes some considerable effort and co-ordination by both solicitors and agent to achieve. Finally the icing on the cake was Heyley Levy, whose job it is to ensure proper progress to exchange and completion. To say she was tenacious in this role is an understatement. Even whilst on leave she was on the email and phone to the various other solicitors and estate agents to ensure we successfully exchanged despite some last min bumps in the road which were undoubtedly, and frustratingly, caused by other solicitors not communicating or advising properly. She was also able to offer explanation and reassurance to me that helped make the whole process much less stressful than it could have been! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bridges and the team in the Ash Vale office. By far the best estate agents I’ve ever done business with. Thanks guys!

Viewings were arranged and an offer was accepted by us within 14 days. whilst we felt that the commission rate was higher than expected we felt that it was justified as he handled an aborted house for us 2 years earlier. I was looking for a property to buy and discovered Ash and Ash Vale. Bridges offered a very comprehensive list of properties and the team, particularly Stephen Hubbard, were very swift and efficient at setting up several viewings over a perod of a few weeks. Stephen was totally professional and knowledgeable when showing me a variety of properties and listened very carefully to my requirements and comments, then Ben Baldry was very enthusiastic and helpful while Stephen was away on holiday. I would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a property in the general Ash/Normandy area to use Bridges - they are exceptionally good.

Just exchanged today with the seller. We actually wouldn’t have viewed this property until Ben called us to say it fits our needs. Huge disappointment, big waste of time..

So me and my husband called Bridges to try and arrange a viewing, my husband spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to go through the registration process. The lady said we could go for the viewing also gave us date and time, then she said we would need to wait for a confirmation email. We never received any email. We eventually called the office the following day only to hear them say that we couldn't see the house since our house that is on the market is not under offer. They clearly consider showing a property to someone who's not in the position to buy "tomorrow" like a waste of time. My husband said "they lost a potential buyer cause if I am searching for a house and I see one I really fall in love with they cannot know if I can manage to find a way to buy it". Honestly this kind of service is not helping buyers or sellers. Maybe is just helping them to get less work to do. Such a shame.
