GoogleWhat can I say about Ben Granville at Bridges other than he was absolutely fantastic. What really stood out about Ben and Kevin at Bridges was that they humanized their service which is true unique and refreshing. Ben showed us properties on short notice, wasn't pushy and actually listen to my requirement and found me the property of our dreams which we exchanged contracts on today. The area in which Ben excelled in was the progression of the actually sale, managing our expectations, the sellers expectations, keeping us uptodate with all developments or lack there of. He also managed a highly incompetent solicitor who almost made the whole chain collapse. It felt like getting us into the property really meant something to Ben and that really gave me confidence in working with him. He road the rollercoaster right next to responding to emails day and night. Reach at to the team at Bridges if you are looking to buy or sell, they won't let you down!

If you value your privacy and confidentiality do not use Bridges.They managed to let someone in my street know they’d valued our house even though we hadn’t instructed them.They then disclosed more personal information to a potential buyer - even though we opted not to use their services.I have written apologies which they’re now denying, will let the ICO make their own mind up.Their valuations are a joke as well!Do yourself a favour steer well clear.

I will never ever buy a property through bridges. Been let down massively. Now homeless due to their advice on allowing my property to exchange/complete and to break the chain.

GoogleSuperb service throughout both sale and purchase. Ben who we sold through was fantastic. Prompt feedback on viewings, and pretty much had viewings from the first day of going on with Bridges. Dom, who we purchased through was excellent. Always got the impression that he was firmly in control and you were in very safe hands. Go as far as to say, if your buying or selling in the Ash Vale/Tongham and Aldershot areas, Bridges are the people to use.

They are professional, helpful, friendly and know their stuff. They are willing to discuss the market generally as well as properties that they have for sale which is really helpful when making decisions and looking to make an offer on a property. They are proactive and are the most hardworking agents in the locality when it comes to recommending properties and helping you with your search. David Stevens in particular is outstanding in his helpfulness and knowledge of the market.
