Very poor service, Practically wanted a mortgage in place before even a viewing. Or of course you could talk to their financial advisor LOL!!Scam Company!
Dear Mr Buyer, Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts on your experience with the Bridges team, however we are disappointed to read that you were unhappy with the service you received. We do indeed ask all buyers to be in a position to buy a property before taking a look inside our vendors homes. Which is why we would also offer for you to speak to our recommended financial adviser if you do not have a mortgage in place or have taken the first steps to be in the position to buy. As you can imagine our vendors are keen to only have buyers view their home if that are able to proceed, if this is not the case we would always recommend a virtual viewing until your circumstances are understood by our team, this is a practice most agents have adapted to since the pandemic and with such a buoyant market it is a practice that works for our vendors aswell. GoogleGood team and communication. The property took 10 months to sell, due to the Truss Budget and subsequent mortgage rate hikes, I believe it would have sold sooner had the property market not crashed. My thanks to the whole team who perservered and remained positive.

GoogleExcellent experience with the team at Bridges, Ben found us a wonderful new house and was really responsive and gave advice during the sale and then supported and kept up to date by Kevin during the post-sale activities and conveyancing process. Bridges totally dominate the local area and you can see why, pointless going to any other estate agent in the area. Already recommend two friends to go to them.
