Worst company to get the place rented. Sales team was very helpful to find a place. But when it comes to the Maintenance of the Property they are nothing but useless. Not responding on time. Shower Not working, Broken Window and Radiator not working are very basic problem for them and they do not care for their tenant. Most useless and rudest team, not picking up call over the weekend no emergency no or even helpful for resolving the problem

GoogleGreat to have Oyster Properties handling the purchase of our new house. Manesh at the Arnos Grove branch was extremely helpful in providing advice that was always in our best interest. He was contactable pretty much anytime and day you needed him which helped our planning and arrangements. We had an issue with our mortgage providers but the hassle of dealing with that was taken on by Manesh which was a huge burden off our shoulders. He was also constantly in touch with all the parties ensuring the process was running smoothly. An iPad was handed over to us once the completion was done which I felt was a good touch - thanks! Definitely recommend anyone to use Oyster Properties!

GoogleHad a very bitter experience with Oyster Properties after spending close to 3 years with them. They charge heavily when you vacate permanently and get back to home country. Some the charges what they put for me are no way reasonable. You can stay one more month for that money. So be very clear in logging each and every minor complaints else be ready to burn your purse at the end.NegativeProfessionalism

There was damages in the property which was mentioned to you over several emails and the deductions were based on the same. We were very fair on the issue as the landlord had to cover part of the costs accounting in wear and tear. In addition to that, we organized all the works done without any further admin charges to you which normally other agents charge for as well. We called BEFORE they had the viewing date for a property and was told they would contact us once they had one, which is understandable as the ad had just gone up an hr or so prior to this. You would then think we should of been amongst, if not the first to be contacted. We then follow their booking procedure (via WhatsApp) the following day and was first told we could book a viewing and after giving further details was told, literally 1 min after, its fully booked. I wouldn't mind if they told me the real reason why e.g. if we did not meet requirements or etc but to just be lied to and magically all the slots are booked after being told 1 min before they were not is unacceptable. I spoke with a lady named Joy

GoogleI was in the market a while back looking for a property to buy in N11 and, as I used the tube to get to work, I ideally needed something in Arnos Grove or Bounds Green. Decided to register with this company as they were local and I was very happy with the service I received. Rather than seeing everything possible they really wanted to know what i wanted, and organised for me to see what would suit me - meaning i didnt waste time seeing something without a garden (one of my main requirements). I ended up buying my house through someone else but have been back many times and have since bought two investments through them. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking for an estate agent in the Arnos Grove or N11 area. I learned a lot about the market from them and still pop in now and again to catch up.

GoogleMy son viewed a property in N11 area and following the viewing an offer was made which was accepted by the seller. The sale of the property was eventually completed after several months due to the situation with Covid 19. We received a professional, courteous and reliable service from the staff at the branch in Arnos Grove, N11. I would recommend Oyster Properties N11 for buying of a property.
