I used Oyster to manage a property as I didn't live nearby and needed someone to help get it ready for sale. They were amazing and went above and beyond. Nothing was too difficult a d they arranged anything I needed from house clearance, gardening work, deep cleaning, electrics, sorting post. Their WhatsApp service is fantastic as it means they are always accessible and they can send you pictures of what they are doing. 5 star service
Once the house was ready for sale I also instructed them for the sale and that was handled brilliantly. They used another street app which was amazing as you knew exactly how many viewings you had each day and who was viewing and their position. Within 2 weeks we had several offers and sale agreed a week later.

Manesh is a stellar top notch agent for sellers. His local knowledge of the market is unmatched and he is extremely courteous and professional. Very easy to work with, great negotiator, fair policies and terms, and a great attitude of gratitude makes working with Manesh second to none

Oyster have been brilliant in helping to sell our flat. On the day the agency agreement was signed, we have our first viewing. An offer was received the next way meeting exactly the asking price. Oyster helped the buyer to the service of a solicitor to handle the conveyancing. With the help of Mr Manesh Shah from Oyster, easing all hurdles along the way. The process was completed in 12 weeks which is speedy and efficient especially for a leasehold flat. We are extremely happy with the services rendered and have no hesitation recommend Oyster as an agent for buying or selling properties.
