Lived with an exposed sewage pipe in my room for over 12 months until the problem was identified. Was only given £200 off my rent as a result. For that period of time, I was unable to comfortably have friends or family over without fear of embarrassment due to the pungent smell that permeated the room. In addition, when being sold to by the letting agent, I was promised features of the house that were later not included. For example, I was promised that there would be a guest bathroom in the living room. They later locked the door of the bathroom and said that this was not to be used, AFTER I had signed the contract. Oyster properties also take on HMO properties that have been built very cheaply, so there are ALWAYS breakages and are reluctant to offer compensation.The staff are dishonest, rude and dismissive of any issues you have. Would definitely NOT recommend!

GoogleThis is the worst service I had ever seen. They asked me to come and view the location yesterday and they said they only had a time slot within 2hrs time and I cancelled my work and went for view the property at exact time what they asked me to be there. And after viewing the property they told me to confirm within 2 days and they told me they can hold the property until 2 days for me. But as soon as I reached my home within 1hr I emailed them and confirmed I am able to rent the property and the mean time I send messages through WhatsApp as well for get the confirmation. And they told me their staff who gonna be my negotiator will text me on the next day because the person not available on that day and that time I asked them again is it gonna be keep for me until tomorrow to get confirmation but they didn’t respond my email and tomorrow morning I emailed them again because I need to move immediately and they didn’t respond to me and after that nearly 11.30 pm they send me a email letting me know the property isn’t available for me.
I don’t know why they playing with people like this I cancelled my work and wasted 2 days for nothing

As soon as you ask target property, they just taking you round and round by explaining about other expensive properties without even hesitating about customers words. Even after informing no changes on website and keep violating consumer rights act. Which I found very disrespectful and unlawful.
I will NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MY BANK DETAILS OR any other things. And also I being posting this post for many many times. And they Keep removing this because they know they are wrong. Btw, they blocked my number as well. They thought I’m from BBC Panorama. Lol also you violating google review policies as well. I wonder how these sort of unlawful black handed company survive in UK under great law.
Fake compliment messages from friends and family and replying as a proper drama to create their own reputation. Disappointed. THIS PLACE IS SO DODGY..
