GoogleViewed a property today that was to let through Robert Ellis. Communication has been fantastic since showing an interest in the property. Met with Joe who was the estate agent who showed me around the property. Joe arrived on time and was pleasant throughout, answering all questions that were asked. After viewing the property I went into the Robert Ellis branch in Beeston to fill out an application form. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for such an easy and pleasant experience with my first rented accommodation.

GoogleHad a viewing at a property with Joe who was really helpful and knew lots of information about the property and was able to answer all the questions I had, especially about the actual area the property was situated in which was super useful and made my view of the property even better! Absolutely loved the property and Joe was able to tell me exactly how to submit an application which I did straight after the viewing had finished.

GoogleHelpful, friendly, informative. Joe was helpful and informative in showing me around the property and Ella has been warm and helpful as I've been applying to live in the property. So far so good! Definitely a more professional estate agent than I have encountered previously. It's nice to deal with an agent where the people have a helpful human approach - rather than a cold corporate, or even rude and unprofessional approach. I'm glad these guys are managing the property I chose for my home!

GoogleJoe organised a wonderful viewing for us. What made it wonderful was it was arranged at a time that was convenient for us and Joe spent the time explaining the details of the property and then left us as a family to walk around the property at our own pace. Once the viewing was finished he answered any further questions we had and gave us his contact details incase we had anymore queries. He is also a very polite and friendly gentleman. Thank you Joe for all your help.

GoogleAbsolutely excellent service from start to finish by Lauren, Megan, hollie and Sandra. Great communication right from the house first going on the market to the sale being completed. We used 3 different estate agents previously but the quality from these guys far excelled all the rest. Will definitely be using them again for future sales and recommending them to everyone we know.

GoogleWe are moving to Nottingham in the next couple of weeks and are urgently looking for a rental. With this move being 3 hours drive from Nottingham it makes viewings difficult. We were put in touch with Joe who took us through a couple of virtual viewings, very thorough and well done. Probably just as good as being there in person.
