GoogleMy journey with Robert Ellis as a first time buyer. I was totally confused because of the influx of availability in the market. But still the ideal one we were hunting was still missing…. And eventually the contact with agent Sandra make the things move very fast. She was patient, dedicated to customer service, after the first viewing the rest journey of mine was wonderful. Sandra help us with advice and doubt clearance , that was the catalyst of the deal….and it was really really amazing journey…. Till the end to wrap up the deal. The most outstanding thing I noted in this journey is the tactical work of the agent Sandra between the Vendor and buyer to chalk the deal with maximum satisfaction to both parties…. and all the credit goes to her kitty for this deal. We were very happy to get such an experienced and dedicated hand throughout the journey…. Hats off to her once again 🫶

GoogleReviewing process starting from the phone call to the RE Beeston letting branch where the officier provided sharp informtion and made reviewing appointment at the best possible time to me. During reviewing, RE officier was also able to give detail info regarding the letting procedure which was definitely important to any new comers to UKPositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleMegan sold my property and what can I say? The service she provided was just Amazing! It was a stressful process but she made a really hard situation a lot easier. I am a busy Mum who works full time so the fact that Megan took the sale into her own hands and managed it for me really helped. I trusted her to do what she needed to do to get the best outcome for me. I cant thank her enough, the rest of the team were great too. Thanks team Arnold! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
