Outstanding Stuart and Dean went above and beyond to look after throughout the end-to-end process. As a 1st time buyer their personalized advice was invaluable. 7 days a week I received a fast honest and considered direction whenever I raised anything I was uncertain about, and Dean really made me feel it was pleasure to provide this for me. I was given clear direction and expected timescales for each stage, and Dean's excellent local knowledge supported me find great proactive Solicitors and Surveyors to support my journey. Robin and his entire team are an asset to the industry. We were selling a 1 bedroom flat, but it fell through. Austin Hawkes were able to sell our property twice in an incredibly busy time during the pandemic. Whenever we viewed properties to purchase with someone from the team they were knowledgeable and if I had questions they couldn't answer, they were quick to find out answers and get back to us. By far the experience that sings out as positive was Robin once we found a property to buy. When we were near the finish line Robin worked daily and tirelessly trying to get one final document through solicitors. He was able to chase both sides to make sure the chain was working well with each other and everyone knew what was going on. He was able to keep my buyer calm throughout the situation and updated everyone incredibly promptly. Thank you everyone at Austin Hawkes for helping us sell our flat and pushing paperwork for our purchasePositiveProfessionalism

I have purchased and sold dozens of properties over the years throughout the UK and in the USA. We used Austin Hawk to sell our family home and I can honestly say they are hands down the best estate agency I have ever used. Dean and his team have provided exceptional service at every stage of the sales process and have gone above and beyond undertaking tasks that were clearly not their responsibility. I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Dean and his team have been absolutely fantastic throughout our selling / purchase experience. Our journey started after difficult experiences with other agents and Dean totally reassured us from the start and always did what he said he would; wether that was contacting others, getting updates, pushing things forward, overcoming issues and the biggest was calming our nerves! His passion and availability’s throughout the experience has been first class! Constantly keeping in touch and giving updates. We would highly recommend Dean and his team if you are considering putting your house on the market. Thanks guysPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’m honestly not sure I could sing the praises for Austin Hawk as high as they deserve. We’ve been trying to sell our property in a rush to miss stamp duty and honestly only feel it was possible due to Austin Hawk. Our estate agent Robin (but any of the team I spoke with during the process were helpful and friendly) was nothing short of top class. The communication was fantastic, never frustrated with any questions and always had a suggestion when we were stuck with issues. Also, a great thing about Robin was his ability to laugh and take any stress or tension away with such a wonderfully positive attitude. We highly recommend this company and have already done so to freiende of ours who are considering moving. Definitely worth using if you’re looking to sell or buy.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

John at Austin Hawk provided excellent customer care and service. My house purchase was a tricky one, as we needed to complete ASAP - John was extremely helpful with chasing everything and giving me status updates. He was also very responsive to my calls and texts. The process was stressful for me and John was just there to help and sometimes just listen to me vent! 😃 Thank you John for all your efforts, we are now enjoying our new home!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We are partially through the process of buying and selling but would like to say how brilliant Austin Hawk have been dealing with the sale of our house. Dean was super helpful from the start, offered advice and guidance but was never pushy. All the way through his instinks have been right so I would trust him in what ever he suggests. I have found the whole team to be very responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They know Andover well which makes a real difference. Jon particularly was really lovely and helpful for us. Dean has also helped us with advice regarding a search for a new home and we are really grateful for that. I would highly recommend Austin Hawk to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I can’t thank Steph and Nikki enough. Their quick responses and professionalism aside, they are honest, calm and supportive. Steph was one of only three reply’s I received after emailing all the letting agents in town. And, Steph was the only one that replied in a manner that genuinely shone a light on a really dark and worrying time. I will always be grateful for her genuine kindness. She’s a credit to you Dean. A five star recommendation for a top class estate agents!

We transferred to Austin Hawk from another letting agency after becoming so dissatisfied with the service provided we had considered selling our property. In less than a week Steph and her team completely wowed us and provided a first rate service that we had never before experienced. The Austin Hawk team are quick to react to any situation or request giving both the landlord and tenant complete confidence. We are so happy and grateful that we moved over to Austin Hawk and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent their property.

Robin and the team at Austin Hawk were an absolute pleasure to deal with for our house sale. During an extremely busy time as the market reopened following Lockdown, the team kept us informed throughout and we accepted a reasonable offer with a lot of comparables on the market.During the legal process, Robin was in regular touch to keep things moving and when things started to get hairy he really pulled things out of the bag to help keep the chain afloat. Now we have exchanged contracts I have no hesitation in recommending them and if we ever decide we want to go through the purgatory of buying a new house again, there is no-one else I'd rather have in our corner.

Rented with Austin Hawk in 2019 and 2020 and always found them to be hugely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It was our first time renting a property, so some of the processes were new to us, but the Lettings Team were always fantastic in helping us along the way. Everyone in the Lettings Team is lovely, but I'd give a special shout out to Steph and Nikki for all their help during our tenancy! Thanks for everything :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

With a very high level of professionalism, Dean and the team at Austin Hawk pulled off an extremely challenging property sale for us. With clients (us) the other side of the world and a global pandemic in full swing, Dean kept us updated and replied to all emails immediately , liaised with both sets of solicitors and the buyers to make this sale happen. We would highly recommend Austin Hawk to anyone as they truly went above and beyond. Definitely a 5 Star service. Thank you for everything - much appreciated.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are moving from West Sussex to Andover so finding the right property presented viewing difficulties. Austin Hawk and particularly Chris went out of their way to ensure we had all the information we needed and arranged viewings to suit our timetable, with Chris even visiting the property and talking us through on the phone to check out the fittings and contents list for us to save a further visit. They have always been very cheerful and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many thanks.

I recently sold my flat through Austin Hawk and we were lucky enough to be assigned Robin as our Agent. I cannot recommend Austin Hawk and the team enough. I had never sold a property before, so didn't have a clue on the process. Robin made everything clear from the start and their fee in my opinion is very competitive. He took time to get to know me and worked tirelessly with myself and my buyers to get to completion, which took 16 weeks (due to delays on the purchase side). In that time we spoke at least once a week on progress either by phone or email. Even when Robin was on annual leave he called or emailed to let me know who I could deal with in his absence. I have a high expection of customer service and communication and I was always made to feel like part of their team in the process rather than just another person on their books, which you can often feel with estate agents. Robin and the team are a breath of fresh air in their industry. The next time I move we will definately be selling with them.

The service at AH is exemplary, you are kept informed at every stage of the process. This carries on once sold and they are hot on the heels of the solicitors too. They showed great compassion with us due to selling the family home after the loss of our father. They understood it wasn't just a house and had conciderable empathy. We would like to thank Dean in particular who worked extremely hard he was just a delight to work with!! Thank you so much AH.

Went with a national estate agent and they were awful. Went with Austin hawk and I wish all estate agents were like the guys there. We were in a hurry to get in to our new house at a particular date and Austin hawk accommodated us the whole way. No bullshit. Straight talking and always did what they said they would do which is definitely not what the previous agents did. Huge shout out to Robin. Nothing was ever too much and the amount I phoned him would have made me reluctant to pick up the phone but he did with enthusiasm and was always happy to help every time 5 stars and I would highly recommend this estate agent
