We are moving from West Sussex to Andover so finding the right property presented viewing difficulties. Austin Hawk and particularly Chris went out of their way to ensure we had all the information we needed and arranged viewings to suit our timetable, with Chris even visiting the property and talking us through on the phone to check out the fittings and contents list for us to save a further visit. They have always been very cheerful and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Many thanks.

I recently sold my flat through Austin Hawk and we were lucky enough to be assigned Robin as our Agent. I cannot recommend Austin Hawk and the team enough. I had never sold a property before, so didn't have a clue on the process. Robin made everything clear from the start and their fee in my opinion is very competitive. He took time to get to know me and worked tirelessly with myself and my buyers to get to completion, which took 16 weeks (due to delays on the purchase side). In that time we spoke at least once a week on progress either by phone or email. Even when Robin was on annual leave he called or emailed to let me know who I could deal with in his absence. I have a high expection of customer service and communication and I was always made to feel like part of their team in the process rather than just another person on their books, which you can often feel with estate agents. Robin and the team are a breath of fresh air in their industry. The next time I move we will definately be selling with them.

The service at AH is exemplary, you are kept informed at every stage of the process. This carries on once sold and they are hot on the heels of the solicitors too. They showed great compassion with us due to selling the family home after the loss of our father. They understood it wasn't just a house and had conciderable empathy. Went with a national estate agent and they were awful. Went with Austin hawk and I wish all estate agents were like the guys there. We were in a hurry to get in to our new house at a particular date and Austin hawk accommodated us the whole way. No bullshit. Straight talking and always did what they said they would do which is definitely not what the previous agents did. Huge shout out to Robin. Nothing was ever too much and the amount I phoned him would have made me reluctant to pick up the phone but he did with enthusiasm and was always happy to help every time 5 stars and I would highly recommend this estate agent

An estate agent like no other? I cannot speak highly enough of Robin at Austin Hawk. A true professional, he and Steph always did exactly what they said they would, and when they promised. The sale took a long time and never once did I lose faith or confidence in them. Initially I went to 3 local agents and Robin was the only one who did not bombard me with contact I had specifically asked to avoid. He left the information with me and true to his word waited for me to get in touch when ready to list the property. When this time came despite market frustrations he kept in close contact and offered a very supportive service. Steph is the same. So very glad I chose them. Wish they had more branches and covered where I moved to!

Dean worked tirelessly to help me sell a house that no longer suited my needs and supported me through purchasing my new home. Throughout the time I have been selling Dean has checked in with me regularly and was great at keeping me calm when the sales process seemed to move very slowly from ‘under offer’ to exchange. Dean always made sure I knew Robin was in the office to look after me if he was away so I always felt that I was being looked after. Communication was exemplary from both Dean and Robin as they were very quick to email or call to answer queries and no question was too small or trivial. I cannot speak highly enough of Dean and the team at Austin Hawk and, as it is unlikely that they are going to get any repeat business from me the next best thing I can do is recommend them to anyone who might be thinking about selling.

Austin Hawk provided an incredible service when I sold my home. I mainly dealt with Dean but received excellent customer service from each member of the team. All of the team we met were brilliant and Dean went above and beyond to help us through what at times felt like a tricky sale. Austin and Hawk are by far the best estate agent in town. Robin was brilliant throughout the whole process, From day 1 when he valued our property till the day we handed over our keys. Our property was on the market for less than a week before it was sold. We were phoned every week being kept updated. He even chased for updates on the property we were buying even though this was with another estate agent. I would not hesitate to use Austin and Hawk again and I would recommend them to anyone selling or buying. Excellent customer service from the whole team!
