I have no hesitation in recommending Austin Hawk Estate Agents. They have provided me with a proficient and efficient service throughout the sale of my house. Communication has been exceptional, open, prompt and polite and someone was always available if I had any query. Every member of the team I dealt with was both friendly and professional and they kept me informed every step of the way. A special mention goes to Dean Austin for swift liason with potential buyers and our legal teams. Thank you for everything Dean, in achieving the sale plus your support and patience through what turned out to be a lengthy process.

I’m not one for doing reviews, but this is an exception. I can’t thank Dean and his team enough for the hard work and professionalism they put in with the sale of my property. It was a tricky one and had a few obstacles to get over as to get to the line. But with his experience & patience the deal was done. Thank you again and I would not hesitate in recommending Austin Hawk

We at Kremer Signs have been dealing with Dean and his team for years and cannot fault them. Reasonable, Fair and passionate are the words I would use to describe them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always there to respond promptly. I am confident you will receive the same experience if you choose them to sell or let your property.

I wanted to say an enormous thank you to you both (Dean and John). This move was a massive long shot for us and the efforts put in by you both in order to make it a reality cannot be underestimated. The communication displayed by all at Austin Hawk has been phenomenal. The tenacity to get things sorted and resolved is a testament to your hard working nature, and the professionalism is evident in every single correspondence. Honestly, it's been a pleasure dealing with you both. Hopefully, we will never move again. However, if we do; you have customers for life. And, anyone within our circle of friends and family even considering a potential move will have our recommendation of your services firmly ringing in their ears. So, just a huge Thank You!

Dean is an absolute legend. He responds quickly to queries, keeps you up to date throughout the process and is a happy chappy. Have been in our new house for just over a week now and we are loving every minute. It wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Dean's hardwork and persistence. Even during a pandemic, Dean has made buying a house as smooth as possible. Highly recommend.

Really happy with the service provided by Dean and his incredible staff, Holly was punctual and knowledgeable about the properties we saw. Luke was reassuring when we spoke to him to book appointments and update us all things about our new home. Dean showed a real care, compassion and interest in us as first time buyers, I simply can’t fault the team at Austin Hawk! From start to finish we felt as if we were the sole focus - great work and a huge thank you for helping us buy our first home

Superb team, my experience could not have been better. John was my main contact who was brilliant but all of the team played their part efficiently in getting my home to the market, with viewings and the process in getting to exchange and completion. I would definitely recommend Austin Hawk to anyone wanting to sell. Thank you to you all.PositiveProfessionalism

The director Dean is very good and I would recommend Austin Hawk to sellers and use them again myself. The house was unoccupied so they had to do all the viewings. I think they were too optimistic in setting the initial asking price but this was adjusted after a few unsuccessful viewings and the house was sold in reasonable time. Dean provided good advice and kept me informed at all times.

Dean and the team were fantastic from first enquiry all the way to the completed sale. In an extremely busy time for agents our viewings were arranged efficiently and at times to suit us. Other agents in the area were no where near as prompt. When we come to sell our house in the future we will be straight back to Austin Hawk.
