It's not often you choose the first service offered to you. However the moment Dean stepped into our home, never did I think to look elsewhere. The team at Austin Hawk are very friendly/approachable and pride themselves on providing excellent service to their customers... there's a reason why so many use them in the local area! If I had to provide one area for improvement, then I wish they could serve more southern counties (correct me if I am wrong) as i'd love to use them again in the future. Then again this would explain how they are able to provide such a knowledgeable service in the areas that they do cover. Should our teams cross paths in the FA cup, then Dean I owe you a pint. Thanks for all your help.

5 stars for the guys and girls at Austin hawk! Wonderful estate agents who did a fantastic job when we recently sold our home and also purchased a new one through them. Very speedy response to calls and emails, all really lovely approachable people. We feel really lucky to have had a positive experience and grateful for the support throughout this whole process! Nothing was too much trouble and having the open line of communication was really helpful. We will definitely be using Austin hawk estate agents in the future, highly recommend.

Having had a few Estate Agents round to quote for my house sale, we decided to go with Austin Hawk as they got great reviews and we liked their ethos when we met them. We were put off of another estate agent as we were getting multiple calls a day trying to get our business which added to what was an already busy/stressful time when putting your house on the market. If I could give more than 5* I would, 100x over. From the moment we found a potential rental property, Steph couldn’t have been more accommodating. Unfortunately, that particular property we were interested in, was put up for sale instead of being rented out. Any other estate agent would just give you a call to let you know and wish you well on your house search. Not Steph. You could tell she really wanted to help us find our house. She sent me emails with information on property’s that she would have available/coming up. She Always tried her best to work around my partners hours for viewings. We have eventually found our rental property through Steph and I wouldn’t want it to be with any other estate agent after what great experience we have had so far. I really am so grateful for all of her help. She really is a real diamond and a huge asset to AH.
