Steph & Dean have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, our sale had collapsed with another agent, so we decided to move forward with Austin Hawk instead, by far the best choice, we had more viewings and feedback from every single one! Once we found a buyer the level of communication was outstanding, keeping us informed of every development. Amazing service and follows through until the very end of the sale! I don’t think we would have made it through our sale and purchase had it not been for Dean and the team. He was fantastic, giving everyone regular updates, knowing where we were all the time with the transaction and able to handle all the other estate agents involved to keep our stress down. We recently used Austin Hawke to successfully sell our home. I have also purchased through them in the past and the service on that side was equally great. All of the team we met were brilliant and Dean went above and beyond to help us through what at times felt like a tricky sale. Communication was superb all the way through, often several times a day when required - guiding us through the process in a really open and honest manner. The service we received was invaluable and particularly good from a value for money standpoint, at times it felt we weren’t paying enough for the effort and time spent to help us. Selling houses is so stressful but Dean at Austin Hawk took the pressure away from us. He was in contact with us every couple of days to let us know updates and sold our house incredibly quickly. He then went above and beyond to try and find us our own dream home too. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to make the process of buying and selling a great experience. Every time I phoned the office, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We hope we don’t ever have to move again but if we do we will absolutely be asking Austin Hawk to take charge of it all!

Having just sold my property with Austin Hawk I found them to be brilliant. All the staff were friendly and helpful and well informed on our sale. I mainly dealt with Robin and cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from him. He is genuine efficient and as well as keeping in contact with updates he also ensured communication between all parties involved. Our sale was a challenge and without the expertise of Robin and all at Austin Hawk we would not have achieved our sale. Bought my first house with my partner through Austin Hawk; Robin (and Dean and Steph) were helpful and above all honest throughout the whole process. Well what can I say about this estate agent? We have just come off the back of a rollercoaster ride to exchanging contracts.. which happened today! If it were not for this estate agent I don't think we would have crossed the finish line. Dean has been supportive, informative and just blooming amazing all the way through. I have battered this guy with emails and text messages on a daily basis and he has just taken it in his stride, remaining calm and keeping us calm lol! Contacting our solicitors and buyers daily, constantly on the case! When Dean was not around his colleague Robin was also really supportive and helpful. To be honest I can't say enough about these guys, just some how a cut above any other estate agent in the region.. your not just another number, you become a friend! Thank you all so much and Dean especially you! People you want a decent hard working estate agent don't hesitate with these guys!
