Messed my partner and I around far too much. Promised to phone us back if they didn't have the info avaliable or the person we needed wasn't there, but we never got any calls back. Booked us in for the first viewing of the day a couple of times for different properties, yet each time someone apparently put down holding deposits 'late last night'... thr place closes at 1730 so how can it be late in the night when they're closed. Not using this estate agent again. Been messed about one time too many with these guys.

Austin Hawk letting have been fantastic! We have dealt mainly with John and Tracy and over the years they have ensured we have a positive rental experience. They have been professional with regular checks of the property and a very comprehensive inventory when we moved in. We have now moved to a larger property, unfortunately not managed by Austin Hawk and boy do we miss them. They are not only professional themselves but work with good quality professional, from the inventory company to the cleaners they recommend. This ensures both the tenant and the landlord are getting a good service. We would definitely recommend them and let through them again.
