The sale of my house is yet to complete, but I have to say that the service received so far has been above and beyond. Dean has gone out of his way to help the progression of the sale and to ensure everything runs smoothly with minimal stress. Hoping to complete in the next couple of months so would like to say thanks for all the work put in so far ☺️

This is my 6th house and every time I have used an estate agent or online agent (Geez I won’t go there again) to sell my home and buy a new one. My view used to consist of the estate agency service as a whole having sales people and not much more, that was until I engaged with Austin Hawk in Andover. Now my view has changed completely, Austin Hawk not only sold my home extremely quickly for the full asking price, but right through the whole processes provided a level of customer service and expertise that is second to none. Dean Austin was the man who stood out for me, his tenacity, expertise and customer service is to be applauded. Obviously the team that back Dean up were superb too, writing up and selling my home together. I’m not a man who is easily pleased, I know that, but credit where credit is due, Austin Hawk are a complete breath of fresh air in this field, I am seriously impressed and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the team at Austin Hawk…. you guys and girls are amazing.

I have dealt with Austin Hawk on a both sale and a purchase of a property. They also manage two properties I own, dealing with both the letting and management of the properties. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble, they really can take the hassle away from a Landlord. Yes you do pay a fee for this service but they remain very competitive and its money worth paying. So here is a big 5* to the Austin Hawk team.

Austin Hawk have been my estate agent for both letting and selling purposes - and I can't recommend them enough. Their professionalism and dedication are outstanding. Dean, and his team, treated my property as their own and I always felt supported. My only complaint is that they don't cover London because Austin Hawk's standards are miles ahead of any of their London counterparts.

John has been so helpful and attentive with our rental. Only reason we are moving is that we are moving to a different borough otherwise we would have stayed with Austin Hawke.

Although Austin Hawk were my buyers estate agent, Robin at Austin Hawk provided a lot of help and advice over the course of 8 months (sometimes going out his way to do so and responded with haste). Due to issues with my chain, I had a reliable and knowledgeable go-to that reassured my partner and I during a very stressful time. I Highly recommend Austin Hawk!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Too Much Pressure For First Time Buyers

I wish I had a more positive review but unfortunately working with this Estate Agents was really hard on First Time Buyers. Daniel, who showed us around the houses was absolutely amazing, he was so friendly, really cared about our position we were in and gave us so many tips as first time buyers. A real genuine person. However when it came to putting a offer on a house, it became super unprofessional and really put us off working with them again. We dealt with a different person when it came to putting an offer down. We were pressured constantly into providing documents that 1) Werent even needed by Estate Agents and 2) Documents we didnt need to hand over until an offer was accepted. This made the ordeal really stressful for us and never been ask for documents so early in the process, it just wasnt needed. Your meant to make the journey of buying a house easier, but instead it was made more stressful and hard work. Relieved that the house we offered under this Estate Agent fell through. I would love to work with this Estate Agent again in the future if they did not put so much pressure on First Time Buyers.

These guys are amazing! They give a personal service. I know they are extremely busy but somehow find the time to give you all the support and advice you need. Very easy to communicate with. Very quick at responding to any communication. They are truly a blessing to the community and will be invited to our house warming party!
