GoogleI bought a flat through AustinHawk and I am very happy with the level of service and regular communication they gave. Through the different stages of what was a long (and morally draining) process Dean would be a great way to communicate with the sellers and to get an understanding of what was happening on the otherside, helping to push through the purchase to a succesful completion. We have a duty of care to our Landlords to provide them with the most up to date market information which allows them to decide if they wish to make an increase. However if we feel the increase is not realistic, we would advise them accordingly. May we wish you the very best for the future.

Googlegreat bunch of guys and girls, do the job just as it says on the tin, no fuss and no waffle. friendly, informed, non patronising, fair, just enthustic about selling your house. I hadnt bought/sold a house for 20 years and they talked me through everything. They sold my house on the first viewing, and even with the C-19 they got it done within 14 weeks, just in time for xmas as promised. GoogleSupposed to be met to have a viewing, Jess apparently, no one turned up, no one called, quite disgusted really, dont mind anyone cancelling, re-arranging or even calling to be late, but NOT TURNING UP!! the house we were going to view had been on since Feb, if our experience is anything to go by its gonna be a little while before it sells. In all honesty belvoir all the way. In response to Austin hawks response my wife spoke to a gentleman on the phone on Tuesday 1st September and booked in with a viewing with Jess at 11am. Not a competitor just a very unhappy possible customer, we have had alot of viewings booked with other Estate Agents in Andover, they are extremely busy to but all turned up. !!!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

We have bought from this team and sold and there were the only estate agents we have come across that had good knowledge of the properties they were selling. Robyn, Dean, Alison and Steph are all just great. They are a real warm and friendly bunch of people who are clearly passionate about what they do and it obviously shows in their results.
