I had an exceptional experience with Austin Hawks Estate Agency, and I can’t recommend them highly enough - especially Robin and Anji. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Robin was the first representative I had contact with, and he was extremely welcoming and professional on the phone from the outset. He was very helpful during our initial phone conversation, which immediately gave me confidence in the service provided. At the time, I was one of three parties bidding for the same property, with all offers at a stalemate. Robin took the time to contact me personally to fully understand my circumstances and position. This proactive approach and clear communication enabled him to present my situation effectively to the seller, ultimately leading to my offer being accepted. Without Robin’s support, dedication, and professionalism, my property purchase would not have been possible. I am very grateful for his efforts and support.
