Can’t thank Anji enough for the last couple of months with the final stages she has been extremely helpful and really easy to communicate with and amazing customer service. It’s not been easy at times trying to get everything sorted couldn’t have done it without her. Patience of a saint

Lewis Reed has the patience of a saint, totally dedicated to his job, It took from March 2025 to January 2026 for me to purchase my flat from Austin Hawk, due to the time it took for solicitors to purchase a new lease for me. It took them 2.5 years, I do not know what I would have done if I was selling the flat I am now living in, I think I would have put it back on the market, but Lewis persuaded the owners to wait form me to obtain a new lease. I do not know how he managed to do this and he kept me up to date every week with a very positive attitude that gave me hope that all would be fine. We are about to complete on a house being sold through Austin Hawk. In our search , as we are moving from a considerable distance away, we had 2 packed out viewing days in the area, seeing a total of 17 properties, about a yhird of these with Austin Hawk. This agent made sure, on both visits, that we could see as many of their listed properties as we needed & lined up the viewings to run in perfect geographical order and with well considered timings. After our accepted offer their progression team have absolutely shone. Initially we had Robin who answered so many ridiculous questions from me, being new to this, with all the patience in the world. He was always friendly and approachable. We were then passed to Anji. I was Initially concerned about the transition but they handled it seamlessly. In the latter stages of the process Anji has been my rock and absolutely gone above & beyond considering they are not even my agents working for my interests which proves to me that they treat their clients well by ensuring their clients buyers are happy. If we come to sell in the future I will absolutely be calling on Austin Hawk.

Austin Hawk and Dean have been phenomenal. Dean has been an absolute saint throughout our sale and even helped get updates for our purchase (as the other estate agents we were using didn't care once our offer was accepted) Dean found out that our chain was longer than we expected which we really appreciated as we thought we werent in a chain (as the other estate agents we purchased through lied to us). He kept us updated about everything that was going on in the chain from our buyer all the way to the top of the chain. I fully recommend Austin Hawk, every single step has been a breeze with them. They all have a calming nature, professional and very friendly which made the whole sale alot less stressful and Dean will tell you how it is. He helped us set expectations for our sale and for our purchase (which he didn't have to do but he picked up the extra work to help us which we truly appreciated). Dean you've been absolutely brilliant and it truly has been our privilege having you as our Estate Agent.

I will start by simply saying: DO NOT use any other Agents! Call AH now! This is our second venture using John from Austin Hawk and we could not recommend him highly enough! When we decided to sell, he was our first port of call. What a pleasure to deal with him again, such an open and honest agent! AH are E V E R Y T H I N G you want from your Agents, when putting your trust in them to sell your most prized and costly asset. The entire AH team were fantastic i.e. taking into consideration our special requests; keeping us up to date as viewings were booked; returning calls; replying to emails etc. The photographer used by AH was second to none too - the photographs were truly A M A Z I N G and showcased the hard work we put into our renovation, beautifully! Needless to say, despite our cottage being truly unique and appealing to a very specific demographic, she sold to the 5th viewer at full asking price. We only have commendation for the outstanding, well oiled machine this team is, unlike our terrible experiences with other local agents where the ‘right hand doesn’t know what the left hand doing’!
