Austin Hawk handled the purchase of our first house in Ludgershall, and throughout the process, they were transparent and responsive to all of our questions, the agent who showed us around the house was warm and friendly, and once we'd put in the offer, Dean Hawk called us directly to work out the details and later congratulate us on our offer being accepted. Throughout the purchase, another agent, Anji, kept us as up to date as possible and was very quick in answering our questions, often on the same day we asked them. Overall, Austin Hawk made the process of purchasing our first house very smooth and transparent.

I honestly cannot recommend this estate agent enough. The sale was for compassionate reasons (ill health) and Dean and the team could not have done more to make a challenging situation a whole lot easier. He kept me in the loop the whole time during the sale process and showed huge amounts of empathy and consideration to the situation. Professional to the end. The pool of buyers with already approved low rate mortgages was bound to dry up. Sold the house to the 1st viewing 2 days later. Genuine, honest first-rate service. Austin Hawk was the estate agent used by the sellers of the house I recently purchased with my partner, but they were so amazing they ended up doing the job of our solicitor and estate agent when our own were failing. They went so above and beyond their duty they were contacting my buyer’s solicitor to ensure their client (the people I was buying from) completed in good time and always in the loop. My main contact was Dean who was constantly keeping me informed of the latest updates, always available for a call if needed and replied to my email’s night and day! The rest of the team were also amazing when Dean was on leave, and I got the impression they all genuinely cared about delivering an amazing service. Selecting an estate agent always feels like a gamble, no matter how much research and review checking you do but Austin Hawk gave me such a good experience (even though I wasn’t their client) that I would 110% recommend them and will be using their services if I ever sell.

From the moment Dean stepped into our home for a valuation, all the way through to exchange and completion, Dean and his team have provided us with amazing service and guidance. Dean instantly struck us as someone we could work with when selling our home, he’s been completely transparent and supportive throughout the entire process, which is what we wanted. Deans team took care when showing our home to prospective buyers, and we never felt uneasy about them doing so. Dean has been a guiding constant throughout this entire process, and we are really grateful. Austin Hawk absolutely deserve their multi awards, they clearly are the best at what they do. We knew we'd chosen the right agent from the very start! From the 'no pressure' valuation through to the negotiations at the end to co-ordinate the completion of the chain Dean and his team made what could have been a very stressful time seem like a walk in the park! A phenomenal service from start to finish. Luke was absolutely amazing and guided us through the who of our purchase. We got weekly updates and if Luke was on out of office on a particular week he would inform us of this and update on his return! Excellent communication by him which is key in buying and selling of property. Luke went above and beyond with bespoke viewings due to my busy work schedule, politely chased my solicitor and literally made the whole process hassle free. Selling a property is never easy, but Austin Hawke made it as easy as it can be! What should have been a very straight forward sell, turned into a quagmire of bureaucracy, intense stake-holder management and some very stressed people on either side; all caused by management companies and banks. But John was incredibly cool-headed and managed the whole thing from start to finish. I honestly couldnt have asked for more in an agent.
