Austin Hawk were the epitome of perfection throughout buying our first home. Our first viewing with Luke was balanced in all the right ways - he was professional, smiley, kind and welcoming, with the right level of leaving us to have a look around without bombarding us with information. John was then wonderfully friendly and professional with keeping us in the loop about the purchase, ensuring we were updated in a timely way and thankfully delivering the news of success with sheer kindness - you could really feel his elation for us. Anji alike was so great to communicate with. She was approachable, efficient and informative, and such a lovely person. So lovely infact that we had to hang around when picking up our keys so we could put her face to her name!

What can I say. 5 golden stars. John has been totally fabulous. My purchase was very complicated and John was so patient with me and everything that went on. Austin Hawk have supported me as a landlord for the best part of a decade now and they really deserve a great deal of credit. The team have always been professional, trustworthy and consistent. Steph has done a great job and in particular Tracy who has been there since day one and never skips a beat. Along with my brother who is my accountant and my husband who is my repair man, the girls have been essential members of my "landlord family". My days as a landlord will be ending in 2025, so thanks very much to all at Austin Hawk who have made it a worthwhile and successful endeavour. Austin Hawk have helped us sell our home in Andover and have given us support every step of our journey. They are a 10 out of 10 service and go above and beyond what is asked. They are a reassuring constant that we knew we could rely upon when we needed that support and advice. John, the sales manager has been by our side right from the start. He gave us a competitive and fair valuation and listened to our own requirements. John is professional, friendly, positive, caring, accommodating and took extra steps to make sure everything was streamlined. We cannot thank John enough for his hard work with getting us over the line. Many of Austin Hawk's team were involved at some point bringing skills and expertise which made you realise what a special service you are receiving. In the early stages, Alison prepared a brochure which presented the property in a clear but accurate and eye-catching manner. Luke from sales was also such a supportive figure when we asked many questions or needed some direction. Georgia took excellent photography and precise dimensions. She made sure our home was shone in the best light possible to grab the attention of potential buyers. When we had many viewings, it was organised in an efficient way that made sure it didn't interrupt our daily lives too much. When a buyer was found, it was handy to have Austin Hawk as a co-ordinator between us and the buyer. Austin Hawk helped smooth out any issues that had arisen and provided us with extra information on the lead up to moving day of what was happening. We certainly recommend Austin Hawk to anyone and wish the company the best of luck in the future. We will miss you all.

Robin at Austin Hawk was simply brilliant! We moved from Horley, near Gatwick, to Andover on 19th and 20th Dec 2023. There were problems with Muve at the bottom of the chain that meant our moving date was delayed several times. Our estate agent in Horley appeared to constantly have problems contacting Muve, but with Robin's help, patience and perseverance, eventually the move took place. I do not believe it would have happened without him. A very professional estate agents and if we ever move again, we will definitely employ them. We can very highly recommend.

Austin Hawk handled the purchase of our first house in Ludgershall, and throughout the process, they were transparent and responsive to all of our questions, the agent who showed us around the house was warm and friendly, and once we'd put in the offer, Dean Hawk called us directly to work out the details and later congratulate us on our offer being accepted. Throughout the purchase, another agent, Anji, kept us as up to date as possible and was very quick in answering our questions, often on the same day we asked them.
