Dean and his team at Austin Hawk have been superb from start to finish helping us sell our house on Winchester Road, Andover. They were professional, conscientious and understanding throughout the whole process and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication, during what could have been a very stressful process, was superb. We were calmly directed and reassured every step of the way. Our lovely family home was sold within two weeks and Dean knew exactly the right family for our property which was reassuring knowing that we had a crew of professionals behind us. Austin Hawk provided a fantastic service and Dean’s enthusiasm shone through. We hadn’t moved house for 28 years but it turned out to be a stress-free process and we cannot thank them enough. We bought our house with Austin Hawk in 2012 , rented it via them for a couple of years and then sold it again via them in 2021. It has been lovely to see Dean and his team grow over these past years . Dean has always been super efficient , answering emails instantly literally at any time . Robin has been amazing every step of the way of buying our flat. The estate agents who did our viewings were both lovely and friendly as well which made us feel really comfortable and less nervous since we’re first time buyers and we’re new to the whole process. Robin and his entire team are an asset to the industry. We were selling a 1 bedroom flat, but it fell through. Austin Hawkes were able to sell our property twice in an incredibly busy time during the pandemic. Whenever we viewed properties to purchase with someone from the team they were knowledgeable and if I had questions they couldn't answer, they were quick to find out answers and get back to us. By far the experience that sings out as positive was Robin once we found a property to buy. When we were near the finish line Robin worked daily and tirelessly trying to get one final document through solicitors. He was able to chase both sides to make sure the chain was working well with each other and everyone knew what was going on. He was able to keep my buyer calm throughout the situation and updated everyone incredibly promptly. I have came across Dean and the team on two occasions, once as a buyer and once as a seller. Whilst buying they were responsive and enabling, keeping me well in the loop and informed as to progress. This despite me being in Poland at the time of purchase. As a seller I engaged early with them and they took to the role with aplomb even with Covid19 playing it's part on society.
