I have been a landlord using Austin Hawk's letting service for the past 3 years - I cannot fault them for the way in which they have looked after my property and tenants. John, Tracy and the team in the office are always accessible and know my property and tenants well - giving advice and guidance where they can. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Our experience using Austin Hawk to sell our property has been outstanding from start to finish. From day one, we were always kept informed with developments in the sale of our property, and we never once had a communication issue with them. Everyone at Austin Hawk that we've been in contact with has been fantasic, but our shining star at Austin Hawk has to be John. He is absolutely fantastic, and has been a pillar of support and guidance throughout our journey, and goes above and beyond - he's been an pleasure to work with. Thank you to everyone at Austin Hawk for playing their part in enabling us to buy our dream home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dean and his team stepped in at short notice and handled the sale of our property with efficiency and professionalism. After a poor experience with another agency, they met every expectation and provided us with regular updates. We could not recommended them highly enough. Dean has gone above and beyond to complete our sale in a limited time frame.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Well it’s rather hard to put into words how amazing the team are. They always keep me informed of everything for my property. Be it a general update of a request by the tenants. If there are any issues they never carry out any work without permission and extremely quickly to get rectified. I couldn’t wish for a more personable, friendly, helpful, professional, enthusiastic team . If you want the best team out there then these are your team.

The Austin Hawk Estate Agent team is 2nd to none. Steph, Tracy and Holly are a great team, react very quickly to communication and are incredibly supportive. As a landlord, I have great confidence in their services and have no worries about their management of my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent out their property or looking to rent somewhere. Not only do they act with great professionalism, they are also incredibly personable.

What a pleasure to deal with the professional team of people at Austin Hawk. They are knowledgable, caring and understanding of the emotions and challenges of selling a family home after 37 years. At all times the attention to detail was brilliant, the feedback and updates perfect from the initial meeting through the whole procedure to the sale. Then on the purchase side again the process is clear, well managed and with exceptionally quick responses with regular updates throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you want the best, use Austin Hawk. Steve L.

Austin Hawk Lettings Team (Steph, Alana and Tracy) were absolutely fantastic in helping us find the perfect house to rent. Our landlord unexpectedly asked for his property back which caused us a huge amount of stress. The girls took the pressure off by finding us the perfect house within days. They were so calm and reassuring. This is the second property we have rented through them, they are amazing and so friendly. Also despite being extremely busy, they always find the time to help when we need them. Nothing is too much trouble. 5 star service!

I want to express my immense gratitude to Dean, Robin and their team for their tremendous help in selling our house. I was highly impressed with the regular communication, which was always factual, down-to-earth, and concise. Their efficient exchange of information was critical in ensuring that the moving dates aligned with everyone's schedule, especially when our buyer was getting anxious and contemplating backing out. Dean and Robin are both great guys - amiable, reliable and trustworthy, and their team shares the same work ethic. I have recommended Austin Hawke to several people, confident they will receive the same excellent service. I appreciate the amazing job you guys are doing, and I hope you continue to excel in your service delivery. Best Regards, Glenn
