Rachel's advice about price and all sorts of practical aspects of the move were marvellous - and proved to have been completely accurate as things turned out. Fantastic service from start to finsh from the Bournville branch. They made the process so smooth and stress free. Rachel completed the initial valuation and through her knowledge and expertise helped us to agree on an asking price that was fair. We received multiple offers on the first viewings dealt with by Samantha and we accepted the same day. Samantha then dealt with all of the queries during the sale process, keeping us informed regularly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The process was made seamless and stress free. The service from Robert Oulsnam in Bournville was little short of excellent. Our main contact at this branch was Becky Price, from showing us round the property right through to the completion day. Becky was always right up to date with how things were progressing, extremely courteous and above all displayed enormous amounts of patience, as it wasn’t an easy ride! If she was on holiday, her colleagues were always well aware of progress on the purchase and were also polite and thoughtful. I can absolutely recommend them.

Aghhh, a house purchase! Like trying to navigate the Niagara rapids in a skiff with no paddles! You never know when you’ll hit a rock, or get flipped into the rushing water to meet your peril at the falls edge. Not so for me! Oulsnam provided ample support and helped negotiate the unexpected bumps and scrapes when they appeared. All this during lockdown too! If Rachel was the life-jacket, then Samantha was the oars; helping me navigate the turbulence and leading onward to still and calm waters. So, thanks to the staff for my lovely new home. Oulsnams were always friendly, straight forward and accommodating. What more do you want from an Estate Agent? I didn’t get splashed once!

I cannot recommend Oulsnams at Bournville enough. From start to finish the service they provided was superb. Rachel, the Manager initially valued our property and was extremely enthusiastic about the sale. The price she estimated was very favourable and we ‘sold’ on the first day of viewing. Throughout the sale, the person who shone for me was Becky. Nothing was too much trouble and every little query or niggle was very quickly chased up and she kept us continually in the loop. She really did make a stressful time much, much easier. If you are looking to sell your home I would definitely use this branch of Oulsnams.

If you're looking for an estate agent to sell your home, i would strongly recommend Oulsnam. As someone that has been looking for a house, i have been really impressed with Oulsnam. They have been the most proactive at sending out property match information (the only agents to have done so despite registering with multiple). They have been knowledgeable about all properties we have seen with them and always followed up with a phone call afterwards and again if we hadn't discounted a property initially. All without being pushy. If we were to sell in the area later on, i would choose Oulsnam given recent experience.

There is no complaints process, awful customer communication or urgency on a maintained property. Sebastian Rodriguez and Sarah Kirk have been unhelpful on an ongoing issue with contradictory statement when contacted, often pushing responsibility on the landlord when the contract is between us and Frost Partnership. The service levels are unsatisfactory and no issues are resolved.

Landlords stay away

Can't find words to describe how bad the quality of service is. Frosts charges me management fee for "managing" my property. But now I have to manage Frosts and my property. One of many examples - Gas Safety certificate on my property has expired. As managing agent they should have initiated the process of getting new one. But they didn't. I raised it with them when I realized it. It took them more than 3 weeks and multiple follow ups to get it sorted. The lady dealing with my property has absolutely no clue about what Gas Safety Certificate is what is the purpose of it. Their contractors charge extortionate rates. You can get things done in half the money if you find a tradesman. You are better of managing your property than giving it to Frosts. You will end up managing it yourself anyway.

Appalling experience with Frost Amersham

We rented a property in Amersham for several years and moved out when the tenancy ended. The property was professionally cleaned, left in excellent condition throughout and the checkout report confirmed that. When we requested our deposit to be returned, the letting agent stopped responding our emails and phone calls and have not heard anything from them in more than a month since we first requested our deposit despite attempting repeatedly to contact them. We have now initiated a formal complaint process with the deposit protection scheme.
