GoogleThe "Property Management Team" don't respond to emails, don't respond to calls. They don't work on weekends, so if there is ever an issue you are stuck. You get passed around from person to person. Essentially, they get you in and signed as quick as possible, then neglect every single query you have. would NOT ADVISE

So many letting agents fail to do these two basic things frankly. Would definitely use them again - professional, organised people. A refreshing change.

GoogleBeware of your deposits if renting - Plenty of negative press out on the internet if you look, and personally, disappointed with the handling of our particular case. Doing nothing to enhance the cliched, yet in this case justified, view of Estate Agents in general.

GoogleAvoid at all costs, don’t care about tenants never answer the phone or engage in any sort of correspondence but happy to take tenants money, numerous issues with a previous property as a tenant and don’t even bother to get them sorted. Terrible terrible estate agent
