GoogleStandard scum bag letting agency. Problems ignored, information not passed to landlord. They are 100% pro landlord, and completely anti tenant. A handful of helpful staff but as the turnover is so high problems never get resolved, we had six years of going round in circles raising the same issues over and over. Like all agencies, avoid

GoogleDISGUSTING SERVICE, AVOID AVOID AVOID I rent the apartment using this company’s service and the property management team is extremely unhelpful. Asked them to ask the landlord‘a permission for broadband installation drill about 1 week prior to my move in date and got no response. They finally got back to me after I sent tons of emails after I moved in for one week. Then the meter reading, which is a part of the move in inventory check, they never provided me with meter readings at all and nobody cared to update me any info after 10 days of my move in date. Toilet can’t flush when I moved it either and they finally got it done 1 week after i reported it. So if you want to move in to an apartment that doesn’t function and like inconvenience in your life, choose Thornley Groves

GoogleMoved into a dirty house with broken household items. Now still haven’t received our deposit back from July as they are claiming we broke stuff that we had tried to get fixed for a year. Very unhelpful and trying to make money out of students. Had building works throughout 6 months of living there because the bathroom was in such poor condition. Never friendly people or met with any kind of understanding. Big hastle. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

GoogleSo bad, booked an appointment to view have some questions. Can never get through to their lettings team and the sales team for a weird reason lies and says theyll use their "internal line" to put you through which is the same dead line. Annoying as they look to have nice properties but are clearly phantom or they have renters already lined up. annoying they fill up the market but arent serious about finding a tenant.
