GoogleI had a difficult landlord during my tenancy and found Thornley Groves to be extremely helpful, which helped tremendously. I struggled to recover my deposit from my landlord for a while after moving out. With help from James Magenis and Akash Aponsu of the Altrincham branch, I successfully recovered it in full after no word from the landlord for an extended period of time. Very grateful.

GoogleNot at all good experience. First of all for the entire tenure they didn't even bother to clean the balcony of the apartment, it was soiled even before the apartment was handed over to us. Secondly when we left they charged us unnecessarily. Not at all recommended.

GoogleWe chose Thornley Groves to sell our house as we preferred the more personal approach they offered to the process. We were not disappointed with our decision, we dealt primarily with Andrew Clayton who was a great help throughout. Always on hand to give advice on the sale but also with helping to secure our onwards purchase. GoogleLANDLORDS AND TENANTS avoid this agency!!! The worst letting agency I’v ever dealt with. Maintenance takes ages to be done and they still expect you to pay the full rent. Once you sign the 101 pages contract they completely ignore you. Susana Romao ,one the property managers- is so unprofessional- she ignores emails and calls. My intercom was broke for a year and they failed to fix it I would never recommend this agency to any one! And if I were them I would actually close the agency after reading all these negative comments!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe worst company I’ve ever Letted with… the whole 2 years I was in my property it was a struggle to get anything done. I vacated the property over 2 months ago now and still yet to receive my deposit back. Barely any communication, calls and emails being ignored. Poorly run business never had so much trouble before.
