GoogleRoanna in bourne was genuinely fantastic. She was really friendly and helped me out with the portal my solicitor used when I got stuck. Several times! When my buyer pulled out, she pulled all the the stops out to get another buyer for me asap before I lost the house I’d absolutely set my heart on! Between her and Lou they secured me another buyer in a matter of days. She was helpful the whole way through but was also honest when everyone in my chain was pushing for an earlier date she gave me a more realistic time frame but still managed to secure an easier date! I would 💯 use them again. Not that I plan to move again anytime soon!!!

GoogleI rarely write reviews but I have had such good service from Bourne estate Agents in Alton that I feel I want to highlight them and give the praise they deserve. As a family we have had a few dealings with them and in every single case they have gone above and beyond service levels that we would have expected. They one hundred percent work in the best interest of their clients and I cannot fault anything about the company, so if you are looking to sell,buy or rent a property in this area I would say they are the best agents to use.

Our move dragged on longer than expected due to an issue with the chain but Rebecca managed to get everything back on track keeping calm and professional. While moving home it is so important to find a great estate agent snd Rebecca is exactly that. Professional, friendly and most importantly good communication. Bourne were very professional and committed to selling the house and did not stop until it finally sold. For that i am very grateful. The only reason i cannot give 5 stars is once the house sold there were complications with the rest of the chain. They went very quiet at this point despite giving the Spiel at the start of the process they understand the stress of moving and are with you every step of the way. They left it up to the new house sellers EA to deal with all the chain problems.

Awful company that should be avoided whatever you do. In fact, I'm certain their conduct isn't law abiding and is at best highly questionable and unethical. They exploit tenants, lie, and harass tenants all because "they work for the landlord not the tenant". Then continue to treat grown adults like inconvenient cash cows that they are most ready to belittle, degrade and harass, even though the rent was always paid early and we were great tenants who kept the place very well. Not worth the mistreatment and having to constantly remind them that they are dealing with grown adults not children. Truly, avoid at all costs.

GoogleVery efficient process from day one. All staff have been extremely helpful and always available if we have had queries. Bourne have been very upfront with all fees and made the whole letting process very easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone to is in need of an estate agents.

Bourne Estates Agents has five Departments (Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Contracts and Accounting) that I have working relationship with. All five departments have performed extremely well for me. My main day to day working relationship is with, Jenna Wills and Stephine Swainston of Lettings and Sarah Seton-Smith of Property Management. My family has a small portfolio of Buy to Let properties in Alton. My experience of working with all the named folks that I worked with on day to day basis and those in the background dealing with Sales, Accounts and Contracts has exceeded my expectations. All of them provide high quality of service, it almost feels like the service personalised.
