My Experience Exceeded My Expectations

Bourne Estates Agents has five Departments (Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Contracts and Accounting) that I have working relationship with. All five departments have performed extremely well for me. My main day to day working relationship is with, Jenna Wills and Stephine Swainston of Lettings and Sarah Seton-Smith of Property Management. My family has a small portfolio of Buy to Let properties in Alton. My experience of working with all the named folks that I worked with on day to day basis and those in the background dealing with Sales, Accounts and Contracts has exceeded my expectations. All of them provide high quality of service, it almost feels like the service personalised.

She has been absolutely amazing and I’m certain we would have lost our sale and house if it wasn’t for her personally chasing and escalating matters. Gemma at Bourne really stood out as very professional and well informed about the property I was viewing. Gemma provided lots of information about the property, the local area, and the neighbourhood, and she knew everything off the top of her head. She pointed out things proactively and had answers before I needed to ask. She was very open about the status of the chain and the sellers, whereas sometimes this can be unnecessarily secretive. I’ve had so many other viewings with other agents where they have no information about the property to hand, they can’t answer even simple questions, and don’t even bother to properly show you around. Our initial enquiry led us to a beautiful home but we felt it was missing two key elements for us, the next day Gemma had a second house to view which she promised met every criteria we'd asked for, and she wasn't wrong!
