Me and my partner are very impressed by the service we have received regarding the property we currently rent. During the beginning of the process, we unfortunately had a spout of sad events meaning that us signing forms etc took a little bit longer than should have done. However, we can not fault the lettings team, in particular Jack and Jayne who were nothing more than understanding and patient throughout the process not to mention incredibly supportive. With regards to property management, we are also very impressed with Matt who has been nothing but speedy, efficient and incredibly helpful whenever we’ve had an issue! Always more than happy to help when possible and solve the issue ASAP! Would like to thank the whole of Bourne for the pleasant experience we have had with renting a property through you and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone we can!

Having at first been unsuccessful in selling our house in Medstead we decided to try Bourne Estate Agents. Their commission was competitive and we liked Andrew Miller's straightforward approach. We were not disappointed. Gemma was assigned to us as our selling agent. She worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone involved was kept informed and was quick to resolve problems that might have derailed a successful sale. As a result of her efforts we have now successfully relocated to our new home. We are grateful to Bourne's for their help and would recommend them to anybody looking for an efficient and sympathetic estate agent.

Not good for tenants

Whilst helping a friend move was made very difficult when the tenants were lied to about the level of work that was about to be done you couldn't enter or leave the property, the mess made by the workman inside and out the house was unbelievable. I would avoid at all costs.

I think they under valve and always have some one to buy at that valve but allows others to view at a higher asking price then sale to the one who was all ways going to buy and they will then tell you no one have offered over these valve then will sell it to the one who was going to buy it in the first place we will wait to see.
