Romans have been dealing with our house sale, they have been professional, supportive, good at communicating and providing advice along the journey. We were allocated a move manager who liaised with our solicitor and the buyers solicitor and removed the need to chase. They also offered us a relocating service whereby another company can set up utility bills, WIFI service ect, so makes moving much easier. We unfortunately had to pull out of our house sale however Romans have continued to support and advise.

Amazing service from Will in Aldershot Victoria Road. He has been a very courteous helpful and friendly asset in searching and securing a rental property in the Aldershot area. Has helped me with forms, viewings, and really has eased the whole process. Will has gone above and beyond what I would consider an estate agent to help with. Scott Cauldwell and his team at the Aldershot branch were recommended to me by a friend and rightly so. On initial meeting, when commenting on how busy life was, and that in an ideal world we would have put the house on the market earlier, he responded, that we could get on with our lives, and Romans would take care of the selling. Indeed they did, finding us a buyer within 5 weeks. Much as we then lost that buyer, the team pulled out all stops. By three o’clock in the afternoon of the buyer dropping out, we had three viewings booked, and 6 days later we had a new offer. Sasha (our main contact), Dan, Holly and the rest of the team were most helpful and approachable, always having time to chat and keeping us up to date each step of the way. However, there was no pressure selling or harassing calls. They just got on with the job. 5 months later, we are moved into a new home with big smiles all round. I would not hesitate to recommend Romans to anyone looking for an estate agent local to Aldershot.

Having recently dealt with Scott and his team at Romans Aldershot I have found the whole team friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional!
