Probate sale success!

Paul Phelan was very supportive and helpful during the probate sale of my parent's house. He advised and encouraged me along the path when I stumbled or faltered in the emotional and unknown process of selling my childhood home. Andrew Travers was nothing but a pleasure to deal with.Moving is such a stressful time, especially for myself having repatriated from the Middle East on my own with two young children. Andrew went out of his way to be helpful, patient and always responsive. He even kindly produced a letter posted to my residence at the time to help with my sons school acceptance, which I understand isn’t a normal request of your letting agent. Mackenzie made everything simpler and easier. I believe everyone knows how difficult and frustrating is the whole process of buying a house.I was lucky to have them as agency. They always replied to my emails in a quickly matter and they provided and excellent service during this whole process.They updated me as soon as they had new news about the apartment or sellers solicitors updates. Would just like to say that Nick Kirby from Ash Vale branch has been unbelievable in dealing with us since we put our house on the market way back in Nov 2019. Paul Phelan at the local office in Yateley gave me so much support and advice. I have bought a house advertised by them so I felt he went the extra mile to help in a difficult sale situation. He contacted me at each stage to put me in the picture with information, liased between myself and the seller at every stage and gave me the benefit of his experience in advising me. Outstanding service and team

From viewing a property online, to making the call to the office to view, we have been so impressed with Simon Dredge and his team. Having put an offer in on the house and the offer accepted, everything has ran smoothly for us. In those times of panic, Simon was always on the end of an email, reassuring and doing everything in his power to ensure everything was on track. The deadline for exchange was looming and it was Simon who pushed both sets of solicitors to ensure we exchanged when we wanted. We're picking the keys up in 7 days and to say we are excited is an understatement. Steve and his team at Farnborough delivered a professional service from start to finish. From the initial valuation stage they were attentive and understanding. Commission was competitive and they secured a sale for my asking price within days of going to market and negotiated a keen price for my purchase. Despite all the challenges COVID 19 could offer, they kept me updated weekly and pushed hard for the chain to exchange and complete within an agreed timescale. Really felt I got my money’s worth. We were so grateful to Dan for all of our help with our property purchase in Ancells Farm in Fleet. He was very friendly and helpful when we first viewed the house, he managed to confirm acceptance of our offer within an hour and and he kept us up to date with everything throughout the purchase process. He was also able to recommend a solicitor and surveyor. It has been an extremely busy time for the property market but Dan kept in touch frequently, always made time for us if we needed it and helped us to keep things moving with our solicitors. Go with this company! They are sooo worth it!

We had our house in the market with an online agent because the commission was cheaper! We were on for 5 months had loads of viewings with no feedback and no sale! We changed to McKenzie Smith due to looking at how much they had sold in the area! From the initial valuation they took the time to look at everything in the house and ask questions which would help to sell it. They took amazing like for like pictures (no wide angle lenses) that made the house look incredible. We had loads of interest and the house sold for full asking price on the first viewing. We dealt with Dan and all the way through the process he we on the case to get us to completion, he gave us regular updates and advice on different things! I would totally recommend McKenzie Smith to anyone and would advise that for houses in the mid bracket people ignore that they are slightly more commission because they will sell your house and push it all through for you! The money is worth it and we now have our dream house because of how quickly they sold ours and for the full asking price! Highly, Highly recommend Dan and his team!!

We have been delighted that we chose Mackenzie Smith as our estate agents. In the past we have often wondered what we are paying the estate agent fee for - but this time we feel that Mackenzie Smith have earned every penny of their fee, they could not have done more to support us and they were instrumental in getting us to exchange. All of the staff we dealt with were great - extremely polite, friendly, helpful and very responsive when we got in touch - and particularly James, Dan and Luke. We received three offers within 2 weeks of going on the market, but were then part of a long chain. Luke was excellent in helping push our chain along, coordinating between the various solicitors and our buyers to solve issues - and always dealt with our (many!) phonecalls in a positive way and kept us up-to-date of progress.
