We have just completed on our house sale today in Ainsdale. The professional estate agent services provided by Chris and Ross where second to none. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were there to answer queries and keep the sale moving along. They are easily contacted and prompt in communication with all parties. We have moved houses several times and my husband and I both agree that they have been the best estate agents we have dealt with. I would definitely use there service again and recommend anyone needing an estate agent gets in touch with them. We turned to Spencer Gordon after two and a half years on the market and six failed sales with two well-known online estate agents. We were, frankly, quite desperate to be 'looked after' by professionals. The process was very quick and smooth resulting in exchange and completion the same day with only 7 weeks to get to this position. We had an excellent experience using Spencer Gordon to both sell our old house and find us a new home. Our property sold within a week of going on the market at full asking price. Ross and Chris are friendly, professional and accommodating which was a refreshing change to some of the other agents we have had dealing with. Throughout the whole process they have both been fantastic, even after the sale had completed and we'd moved in to our new home. They were always on hand to help with any queries and issues that arose during the process and kept the sales moving along at a good pace by keeping all parties, including the solicitors informed. Although we don't plan on moving again, If we did, Spencer Gordon would certainly be our first call. We cannot recommend their services highly enough to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the area.

We chose Spencer Gordon after meeting with several agents before putting the house on the market. All pretty similar of course. However, Chris Gordon spoke without any flannel or sales pitch but more along the lines of 'This is what you've told me you want, this is what we can do' Simple, straightforward and it felt from the start that Spencer Gordon would have our best interests at heart. We've completed our sale today (hurray!) and huge credit must be give to Spencer Gordon.
