Having recently been involved with Spencer Gordon Estate Agents with regards to the purchase of a house they were marketing, I cannot fault their involvement in trying to bring matters to a satisfactory conclusion. Their level of communication has been excellent and Chris, whom I have liaised with specifically, almost on a daily basis, is very forward thinking and proactive to get things moving satisfactorily. He is an excellent communicator and keeps everyone informed over and above my expectations. Their professionalism in the way they have dealt with complicated matters on my own property, where the goals posts were constantly moving, inconsistent information was being provided and deadlines given, has been second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I am truly grateful for the professionalism and expertise from Spencer Gordon Estate agents who recently marketed and sold my beloved family home of many years, they dealt with the sale with sensitivity and empathy. A home which up until the past few years had provided me and my 3 amazing sons, years of happy family memories and lifetime experiences that we will share and laugh about together, now and for our lifetime to come. I truly will have no hesitation in highly recommending Ross or Chris for being able to make what could have been a really difficult time so easy for me. Once again good luck guys and well done. We chose Spencer Gordon after meeting with several agents before putting the house on the market. All pretty similar of course. However, Chris Gordon spoke without any flannel or sales pitch but more along the lines of 'This is what you've told me you want, this is what we can do' Simple, straightforward and it felt from the start that Spencer Gordon would have our best interests at heart. We've completed our sale today (hurray!) and huge credit must be give to Spencer Gordon. They gave great energy is securing viewings and used common sense and kindness when it came to the actual offer and sale. I recommend their services without hesitation.

I can't recommend Spencer Gordon Estate Agents highly enough. They are worth every penny that we paid. Both Chris and Ross worked tirelessly throughout our sale and purchase and nothing was too much trouble. Their communication between ourselves, our buyer, our purchase and all parties solicitors was 1st class and both worked diligently throughout. We had approached an online estate agent earlier in the year but had to perform the viewings ourselves of which we received nearly 30 in a short space of time and sometimes one after another occupying full weekends and evenings. With no concrete offers we spoke with Spencer Gordon and after swapping to them they took over viewings and within a matter of a few weeks an offer was secured. We also made our onward purchase through them which was perfect. I can honestly say that it was Chris and Ross's hard work that reduced the stress and burden significantly for us. If I could give them more than 5 stars I gladly would. Thanks again, Paul & Melissa.

I just wanted to take the time to write a comment regarding Spencer Gordon, who have recently sold my mums property. They did exactly what they said they would, getting many viewings and two separate offers. They kept me constantly updated and their communication was fabulous even during ‘lockdown’ and I was very impressed with the whole selling experience as a result. I would definitely recommend them. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!PositiveProfessionalism

The house we were selling had been on the market with two other agents over 2 years without success. Ross and Chris found us a buyer within a month. Not only that they found us our new home in the area we wanted to live almost immediately. We found them both helpful, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying or selling.
