GoogleI cannot recommend Spencer Gordon highly enough. I genuinely think that without Chris and Ross our purchase would not have gone through. They kept all parties on track and kept us informed at every stage when our solicitors were worse than useless. Proactive, positive and supportive throughout I can't thank them enough.

GoogleSpencer Gordon were the agents for the property I was buying so this review is from that perspective. The accompanied viewing was handled professionaly as was the process when my offer was made and accepted. As time went on and solicitors were handling the transaction I found Spencer Gordon to be helpful and knowledgeable. Their communication with me, on behalf of the seller, was good. If I were to be selling a property in the future I would certainly consider using their services.

GoogleWhat can I say? I rang Spencer Gordon as I spotted a gorgeous cottage up for sale with them and had been thinking about downsizing for quite a while although nervous about doing so. Ross explained everything re selling my home and my house was listed quickly and efficiently and was sold after just 10 days! Ross and Chris worked so hard getting me lots viewings and they even got me 10k over my asking price! Amazing service! Would highly recommend 👏🥂

GoogleSpencer Gordon were outstanding when I was having difficulties buying my first home. It took nearly 7 months to complete, due to mortgage lender issues. However, both Chris and Ross were so supportive and patient, and even helped to contact my mortgage brooker to make things move faster. Most estate agents are so pushy when it comes to buying a house but Chris and Ross never once pushed me into doing anything. They were both constantly updating me with news from start to finish, even when I was about to give up. Now happily moved into my house, I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Chris and Ross. Thank you for making my dreams come true. I would definently recommend Spencer Gordon for selling or buying a property. YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!!!!

GoogleHi where do you start when it comes to talking about Estate Agents, everyone has heard the myths and the horror stories but this is the second time we have used Spencer Gordon, once for a house purchase and recently to sell our house and both times Chris and Ross have been fantastic keeping us updated throughout the process. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them both . Would highly recommend and will certainly be using them again if we needed to .
