GoogleAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE absolutely useless and no help towards their customers, time wasters would be an understatement. The manager Oliver James, what a RUDE MAN. Steer clear at all costs and try to go with a respectable estate agent who won’t lead you down the garden path. Sadly not an option available for zero star’s so one will have to do.

GoogleUnbelievably good service, I met Gina on site very late on Thursday afternoon for her to take some photos of the property, Gina had it on your website that evening, four viewings on Friday and the let, at the asking price, was agreed first thing Saturday morning. Amazing!

Googlehave rented for a year with Yourmove. Always found them friendly and efficient. No problem getting any work done that needs attention. I've always had a very smooth service.

GooglePretty embarrassing for the director Oliver hurren who himself owned the property I rented. Lets the property get in such a state and doesnt do serious repairs that I was left with no choice but to call environmental health and he gets an improvement notice issued against him. The property has serious subsidence, a 3cm crack along the entire wall and ceiling. Looks like the ceiling is going to cave in any moment and actual rain water leaking through the kitchen ceiling and all he does is make excuse after excuse after excuse and does nothing. Also has the cheek to increase the rent while the place is in the disrepair it is. You might have more luck if your landlord doesn't work for the company and actually cares about their property and spends money on maintaining it.

Chloe and Gina have been very easy to communicate with, always quick with replies and very helpful when answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.
