I have mostly dealt with Simon Coates who always helps when I have a problem, no matter how small. From the start all my calls and emails were answered quickly and helpfully. I have found Simon and also David Bennett to be very efficient and prompt if I’ve needed help. Have recommended already to friends and will continue to do so!

All deposits are held in a controlled deposit scheme and there is no advantage for us to delay the return of a deposit to a tenant, we are simply the middle person in negotiating any deductions between the Landlord and Tenant. The majority of deposit disputes are due to rent arrears or damage caused by the tenant, any amounts deducted go to the Landlord and not us the agent. To clarify we have nothing to gain in delaying the return of a deposit to a tenant.

When I arrived late to a viewing due to the trains delays, and even though I informed that I will be late, the agent did not wait for me.
