GoogleUsed these for about 6 years in total, first for use as a rental agent on my property, and then as estate agents to sell my house. Years ago there were a few problems with a bad tenant and a couple of staff didn't seem that helpful. But after some staff changes I got Dominique who was very helpful at sorting things out, I believe she is now at their Gorleston office. With regards to selling, I had Lee Newrick, who was very organised and made the house sale very smooth. With the team they have now I'd highly recommend them

GoogleWe are in the early stages of looking to sell and buy in the area but with a month or so works left to do on the house I popped into see your move and spoke with Lee. He was very knowledgable friendly and helpful without being too pushy. The way he handled my enquiry made me confident in using your move when I sell my property as I feel it would be in excellent hands - Lee is an asset to the company.

GoogleI viewed a few properties with Lee Newrick and my experience was brilliant. I was looking for my first home so I was a bit nervous but Lee put me at ease and answered any questions I had no matter how big or small they were and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was polite, friendly and had a down to earth approach that not all agents have. Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Lee!

GoogleAvoid renting from this company! Poor customer service, land lord not helpful when issues arose within the house, took months to get anything sorted. Emails and phone calls never answered by Oliver Hurren. Deposit not returned legal action being taken. All they care about is to get your money, they don't care about what is happening in the property, once you leave they are not interested in returning any money that you are owed. Please avoid especial rude arrogant Oliver Hurren

GoogleWow what an absolute joke! Horrible customer service, very cocky and not very understanding from Oliver Hurren. Deposit, emails and phone calls all unreturned after multiple attempts currently in process of taking legal action to recover all owed money. Do not rent from this agency, took over a year to fix the boiler, when questioned was only given the answer "you have hot water in your electric shower to do the washing in the kitchen" Please avoid at all costs.

GoogleVery poor. If there is a problem with a rental property they make a snail look turbo charged. If they were as fast dealing with an issue as they are taking money they would be fantastic. They do not provide a good service for landlords.

GoogleThe Your Move Gorleston team did a great job selling our house. Advertised online within 48 hours and plenty of viewings. Sold within a couple of weeks and we got more than we expected. Their Gorleston High Street position was a key factor for us when selling locally along with their well established brand.

GoogleI sold my house with Your Move Bennetts this year. I was very impressed with the service I received. At my first appointment Lee turned up at the specified time and explained all costs involved and was very professional and friendly in his approach. I was kept informed at all times by the very helpful and friendly office based staff who I felt I could contact at anytime with any queries or concerns of which I had quite a few having not sold a property before. My phone calls were always returned promptly if my queries could not be answered at the time. At the same time my partner was also selling a property with another estate agent and the service he received was not as professional and helpful as Your Move and their fees were also higher. Even when my first purchaser pulled out of the sale Your Move staff arranged several viewings for the following day resulting me reselling my property within less than 24 hours which enabled my partner and to secure the property we wished to purchase. The sale of my property went through smoothly and I would certainly recommend the staff of Your Move and would not hesitate to use them if I was to move again in the future. Firstly Lee came to value my home and was refreshing honest and more importantly realistic, I had other agents round but felt I could trust Lee. All the way through from the first viewing right through to my moving home Simon kept me informed every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel a very valued customer. GoogleWe were really impressed with the service we received from Norwich Your Move. We bought a house through them, and found the staff, particularly Emma, to be professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Even after the sale went through Emma went out of her way to help when we had further queries. A refreshing change from past experience we've had with the other big name Norwich estate Agent Chains.

GoogleWe have just completed a year long tenancy with Your Move. We were more than happy with the friendly staff, quality of information and speed of service. We had a lovely year in the property and when things did need repairing (rarely) or we had a query it was instantly sorted out. Moving on but will definitely lean towards using Your Move again in the future...

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. I would strongly recommend Bennetts Lettings to anyone. I have rented accommodation for the last 10 years and can honestly say I have never received the attention that Bennetts Lettings have provided. Bennetts Lettings have called when they say they would, made suitable arrangements for viewings and also made sure we had all of the information we requested. 10/10 for service.

GoogleSimon Coates was absolutely superb when he dealt with the purchase of my property. An absolute star! Being a mother of a young child buying a property was extremely daunting but I had consistent contact, regular updates and he made me feel so secure and relaxed! Every time I phoned up I felt so less stressed afterwards and the whole team who I spoke to many times also did a fantastic job and made me feel at ease so much, I can’t thank Simon, Emma and the rest of the great team at Your Move Bennett’s enough! Emma Cox was the seller's agent and we can't recommend her, and Your Move Bennetts highly enough, for their commitment to arranging all the paperwork and getting things chased up in good time (and with good humour). We'll definitely consider using them if we sell our house any time soon.
