Avoid renting from this company! Poor customer service, land lord not helpful when issues arose within the house, took months to get anything sorted. Emails and phone calls never answered by Oliver Hurren. Deposit not returned legal action being taken. All they care about is to get your money, they don't care about what is happening in the property, once you leave they are not interested in returning any money that you are owed. Please avoid especial rude arrogant Oliver Hurren

Wow what an absolute joke! Horrible customer service, very cocky and not very understanding from Oliver Hurren. Deposit, emails and phone calls all unreturned after multiple attempts currently in process of taking legal action to recover all owed money. Do not rent from this agency, took over a year to fix the boiler, when questioned was only given the answer "you have hot water in your electric shower to do the washing in the kitchen" Please avoid at all costs.

Unbelievably unprofessional! We had to call three times to arrange the viewing of a property. After the first two attempts of being told they would “get back to us” (they didn’t call back once) My husband finally made the third attempt and agreed on a date and time to view the property. After standing outside the property for 20 minutes it became obvious that nobody was assisting the viewing. We called “Your Move Oliver James Beccles” to find out what was wrong only to be told they had no record of our appointment! No, I wouldn’t recommend this business and would give zero stars for their communication skills!

I am delighted to recommend the team at YourMove in Beccles. Olli took over my probate sale after I had become disillusioned with another estate agent. Olli remained professional, focussed and determined throughout. I was always kept informed of viewings as they were booked, and feedback was obtained quickly and relayed back to me. YourMove’s system called “My Move” was an invaluable tool, allowing me to track interest in the property and viewings.
