We put our home on the market through Xact in Solihull. We sold it the first weekend, for the asking price, so we were happy. Jill looked after our account and although we have spent the whole summer trying to find a property, she never put us under any pressure. She was very supportive and although moving is incredibly stressful, she kept everything on track making at least weekly phone calls to the solicitor and to us, telling us when things needed doing/chasing etc. I'm not sure if we just struck lucky with Jill, but she is certainly an excellent ambassador for Xact. I hope never to move again, but if we did, we would certainly ask for Jill.
